Need Serious Help.

To make a long story short.... as a child, my brother saw a demon outside our window (back then you had to have the tv by a window because of heat generated). He saw this demon "dancing" around our window. He has been plagued w/ nothing but horror.

Now, in these days, he has over come his demons; however, his first born son has seen this demon, a few months ago, outside his window. His first born son described to him ( at first reluctant that he would not be believed) the same thing my brother saw as a child. My brother was stunned.

We need help. I truly believe in satan and his demons to be as real as we are. What can we do? Who do we turn to?

Some may see this as nonsense, but we are living this in real life. Can anyone help us or at least lead us to someone who can help?

1. I know of no psychologically impactful medical condition that causes 2 generationally distant and geographically distant children to see THE SAME THING.

2. NGZ and brother are bright enough to check out any medical issues. They really are NOT clueless.

3. These sorts of medical problems do NOT just spring forth with ONLY these 2 isolated incidents. There would be other at least significant, if not abundant cues well along the way that such medically related things were amiss.

4. Of course there’s no harm in getting brain scans etc. . . . except to the wallet.

5. UNLESS there are other medically related symptoms that would have shown up persistently along the way by 4 years old, I’d call such a very likely waste.

4. The average individual lacks the power of will to withstand a full press of even a minor demon, no less a major demon. Once a dark presence is felt, clergy should be notified.

I suppose it depends somewhat on what the "average individual" means. In some congregations, probably so. In others I've been in, most members could deal with some pretty fierce demonic attacks rather readily and routinely.I think it had to do with the anointing of the leadership and the quality of the Biblical teaching as well as the modeling by the leadership of Biblical relationships with God and one another.

6. Blaming tarot cards, Ouija boards or the similar is like blaming the victim for being raped. Humans by their nature are curious and seek answers. As you have a Guardian Angel, there are a host of evil creatures assigned to destroy the relationship between God and man.

That would mean that the Bible is merely a collection of mild suggestions. It is NOT.

God makes very clear that such things are to be avoided and that there are stiff consequences if individuals violate God's COMMANDS about such matters.

Violating God's commands about such matters gives satan's forces legal entry to the individual's life and being up to the limit God allows.

Such an allegation as made in #6 above is horrifically destructive to unwitting, untaught, poorly taught, self-indulgent individuals and anyone else who'd take such an UnBiblical statement at face value. Even reading a horoscope has been found to give demonic entry as well as open one up, in some cases, to UFO abductions.

I realize a 4 year old is at most 3 years removed from crawling and babbling. Discounting a 4 year old’s report of a demon dancing outsde a window is NOT an attack on the value of 4 year olds. It’s realism.

Now,I’d like to know how ANY of yu can know the 4 year old actually saw anything, and IF he saw anything, that it was the SAME demon his dad THINKS he saw many years before, again as a little kid.

Did you compare the photos from their brains? Quite honestly the whole story is preposterous, it is especially preposterous because both observers were young kids, and not least of all because the father both believes he saw a real demon AND is now sure his kid saw the SAME demon.

Plus, none of you, even NGZ, were there and saw anything. Yet you will fight tooth and nail to insist that a 4 year old saw a demon, and now you believe 4 year olds are such great observers I’m beginning to think they should be recruited as air traffic controllers, certainly as demon hunters for the churches.

Come on folks it’s fun to believe that little kids accurately see demons, etc but let’s snap out of it.

What’s the chances that there’s a curse on your family?

Since curses (as used in this context) aren't real, isn't the chance zero?

A 4 year old is also capable of giving an inaccurate account of something they didn’ see. I recall my daughter at about 4 listening to a naturalist talk about bears. She then started telling him how a bear had chased her and her friend up a tree. He believed her for a minute.

“how much babies a few days or weeks old can comprehend and think mentally.”

Lol, now we are citing scientific evidence that a NEWBORN could accurately relate a demon citing, if only they could talk.

None of you ever heard of little kids imagining or making anything up? Give me break. Who sounds like hey never had kids?

Whether 4 years old or 40, discounting anyone's report of a demon dancing outside a window is realism.

Adjustment to my original comment:

1. There may be those who BELIEVE they have the power to dismiss demons, it's hubris. Even a minor demon has preternatural cunning that would put a human to shame. The war between Good and Evil continues long after anyone on this board will turn to dust. Anyone who believes he is a match for any demon spawn has about the same level of power to piss said demon off big time.

No individual can comprehend the power of evil until they have actually faced it.

2. As I stated previously, the difference between Ouija or Tarot is a far cry from attempting to cast a love spell or harm spell or joining a Satanic cult. The difference would be intent.

This reminds me of hysteria over reports of Satanic ritual abuse in the ‘80s, specifically that of the McMartin preschool trial.

I played with Ouija boards and tarot cards when I was a kid. As far as I can tell the only damage they caused was the utter waste of time spent on them.

Or the Salem witch trails, or any other time religious fervor has run amuck. There are no such things as demons. Now or ever.

“Whether 4 years old or 40, discounting anyone’s report of a demon dancing outside a window is realism.”

Thank you. And in this case it’s two little kids and IMHO the story is especially preposterous because of all things, it involves a demon dancing outside a window.

What the Hell (pun intended) does a demon achieve by dancing outside your window once when you’re a little kid?

Sadly, running around believing everything a 4 year old reports is strikingly similar to the testimony accepted from children in the Salem witch trials, or in the McMartin school “molestation” cases.

Does that mean 4 year olds never tell the truth? No. It means they can easily imagine or make up seeing something, and when that something is a demon dancing outside a window, well ...

Just bothers me that people jump to the conclusion this is real and will insist on it.
