Let's Just Wait And See What Ed Schultz,Keith Globerman,Chrissy,Maddow,Matt Louder,Couric,etc. say all this week over Madam Palin shooting an innocent caribou in Northern Alaska on her hit TV Show. It will be a miracle if none of them,or a leftist animal group bashed Sarah or demands an apology.But of course,it would be perfectly acceptable if Obama accidentally shot&injured Biden when he was aiming for an elephant.
But [the] her rifle was NOT sighted properly.

I’d be more impressed if she were taking down Bin Laden or Hugo Chavez.

Really? That’s too bad. You and I and any sportsman knows you don’t shot it unless you eat it. That would have made the hunt complete.
Well, I posted a photo on Facebook of my grandson’s deer he got this fall season. My brother in law said oh it isn’t dead, I see no blood, it is just a photo op and the deer will jump up and run off to Disney World etc. Well, he is a joker and we all know that but someone took offense. Said how cruel that is to say it will jump up, it is DEAD...it is not going to Disney World...on and on.
I am not surprised at anything these crazy people say any more.
I’d bet Sarah’s rifle sight was knocked off when her dad tripped and went down. Happens but most hunters realize this can happen and resight to check. A varmint cartridge seems a bit light for carabou anyway. I didn’t catch what the friends rifle was but I’d bet it was at least a 7mm from the looks. This was a very good outdoor/hunting film. I’m impressed with her dad’s energy at his age.
The Left will do their usual hysterics ... but I’m more concerned about the newer problem affecting FR...

Me too, excellent. I was especially impressed by that woman living in the back country all by herself. She’s tough as nails, that one.
Chuck’s rifle probably was zeroed in before the trip, but got knocked out of alignment during transit to the camp. It happens all the time.
Ed Schultz shot his dog, and that’s not even a game animal!

LOL, thanks for the shortened version and the giggles. If Palin is as big a person as we hope she is, she would laugh, too. What is funny is the way you described it. Who cares if she actually got it? Just going out and showing off Alaskan life is the point, right? We all know that not everyone gets whatever they are hunting (or fishing) every time out.
I’m glad others told the complete story. At least now I know who is bias and who is not.
The only caribou I’ve had was made into jerky. It was soooooo gooood.
