According to the article, the money was handed over in the Fall of ‘08. Not that Obama hasn’t done similar acts and more, but in the Fall of ‘08 Bush was still Potus.

Great Leader isn’t looking well. I know all men in the office of President age but Obama looks to be deteriorating more quickly than others I remember. Perhaps there is some accelerant in the mix? Not trying to be racist, but his lips and the pouches under his eyes are more lavendar than I remember when he was campaigning. Hmmm...

Fed most likely bailed out GE because that company was smack dab in the middle of the global warming hoax. It was poised to make mucho $$$.
Fed bailed out Black farmers (68,000 ? not a chance) redistribution ..... as well as American Indians recently ---> cigarette venders on the Web
