“Yanks” is actually not a bad word! Maybe Irish, or something?? LOL!

I spent a lost of time in the garden. It was in the 70’s today.
Taught drums and piano, and had some yummy ribs at My Favorite Rock Star’s restaurant.
My Red Pickup is always a hit! LOL

Glad today has been more calm and relaxing, for a change. Would be nice if it stayed like that at least for awhile, eh? Mr. Just doing better? Sure hope so! Tell him I said “Hi”!

MrJust feels fine. He goes for more tests next week and sees the doctor again the week after.
Re-scheduling the surgery will depend on what the tests show.
Thanks for asking, Pam. I’ll let him know.
Hugs.

Amy, buy a couple boxes of Betty Crocker Scalloped potatoes (or the Au Gratin ones) - prepare as directed on the box, and add two bunches of green onions, chopped, with ends. Bake as directed.
This my son’s VERY favorite scalloped potatoes dish - and he almost devoures the whole dish~!

Snowy Caturday
I really need to talk to the Management soon
It's been snowing steadily since yesterday at Noon
Going far beyond the limits I believe in good taste
Even though I dashed Outside without a moment to waste
Watching the fat swirling flakes dance upon the breeze
I pursued my visitors and trapped a few with ease
While making a remarkable discovery about the Dry Wet White
It has to be solid to help its seductive downward flight
And if it comes in contact with something warmer, it disappears from sight!
Leaving an errant drop of water to wet my paws as it comes apart
Or joining its friends on the ground just to do its part
As layers upon layers of the Dry Wet White grow taller by the hour
I blaze a trail to the Back Porch and then begin to scour
Looking for a soft spot upon the graceful drifts where I can plow on through
Getting out of the cold wind to enjoy my cozy, well hidden Igloo

I have tried these yorkie and I agree they are delicious! My SIL makes the old fashioned kind and she makes 2 casseroles for Thanksgiving and Christmas because my brother loves them so. I have never suggested the Betty Crocker’s to them, as they are very set in their ways. I am pretty sure she told me she uses 8 potatoes for each casserole. Thats a lot of peeling and slicing into nice rounds!
When I cook for just me I use those. I warm over the rest the next day or whenever!
