Couldn’t you have excerpted this?

I don’t have time to read your whole commentary.

That was the craziest movie I’ve seen in a long time. After an hour I just started LOL.

“It’s finally here: The most boring alien-invasion movie ever.”
—Joe Neumaier
New York Daily News

“There’s a kind of magic that happens when a movie inspires complete strangers to ridicule it to each other on the way out of the theatre.”
—Jason Anderson
Toronto Star

“Trapped inside what looks like a Marina del Rey condo complex, the principals raise and lower the blinds, run up and down the stairs and occasionally venture outside, while the audience, if it has the energy, yells: “No! Don’t do that! That’s stupid!”
—Mike Hale
New York Times

I saw the ad for this thing on TV and it looked like it starred the dude (Milo?) who worked with Chloe on ‘24’.

I dunno... Skyline Drive is awfully pretty this time of the year... Well known as the most beautiful Drive East of the Rockies.

I thought it was good, clean, fun Science Fiction. I wasn’t expecting anything more than that. If you were looking for an academy award winner, you probably had some unrealistic expectations walking into the theater. I liked the CGI and I thought the whole concept of ripping out folks brains and transferring them into other “entities” was interesting in a twisted Descartes “brain in a bottle” kind of way. It was pretty clear that this movie was just setting up part two which promises to offer a whole lot more sci fi action. I’m sure I’ll watch part 2.

I went to see Red starring Bruce Willis, John Malkovich, and Helen Mirren, and Morgan Freeman. I liked it.
