Among the glitz and the glamour, the sequins and the hairspray, there are a few contestants on the pageant circuit not quite like the others. They're pageant boys, competing for crowns in a girls' world. Tracy Miller says her son, Zander, is one of the best. "I'm always surprised when Zander wins," she said. "And we mainly do them for fun and because he enjoys doing it. So, it's just like, you know, you put your child in baseball or soccer or swimming. They enjoy doing it. So, this is what Zander enjoys."
The 6-year-old from Missouri has been competing since he was a baby. "They're fun, and you get to win a bunch of trophies and crowns," Zander said. On the hit show "Toddlers and Tiaras," Zander showed off his beauty regimen, which includes manicures and makeup. "I have to get in makeup to cover up my rashes and boo-boos," he said.
Even his 3-year-old brother, Casey, is competing now.

Of course it is. Same-sex Attraction Disorder (SAD) is entirely a mental illness caused by trauma. Entirely environemental with no genetic component whatsoever.
And these "mothers" are certainly trying their damnedest to turn out mentally defective sons.
This borders on child abuse in my opinion. How sad for these little boys.
I wonder what’s going to happen when one of these Moms decides to run her little boy for the girl’s crown? I mean, it would be discrimination not to let li’l Transgender Travis hike up his frilly pink skirt and climb that mountain!
Although since they’re tarting up kids too young to have any primary sexual characteristics, maybe it’s already been done...
Probably not. Spew.
Parenting FAIL!
Sorry but this is setting up up your boys for ridicule and confusion.
If our next kid is a bot and he wants to play dress up with his older sisters fine no problem... But you take it too far and its no longer a goofy game.
What was the line?
Reggie Dunlop: You know, your son looks like a f— to me.
Anita McCambridge: I beg your pardon?
Reggie Dunlop: You better get re-married again, cause he’s gonna wind up with someone’s —— in his mouth before you can say ‘Jack Robinson’.
Let me guess...the fathers, if they exist at all, are supremely PU$$Y whipped wimps. What a disgrace to let this happen to a kid. Mom is a true psycho. And something tells me her opinion of men is not exactly HIGH!!!
One of my wife’s cousins has a son who as a kid was pushed into doing dance numbers with little sequined costumes. Needless to say he is now in San Fransisco as gay as Liberace.
If you all want to see how deep the self denial runs:
“People will say, you know, he’s just gonna be gay when he gets older. Well, you know what? If Zander is gay, so be it. Anything I do is not going to change Zander.”
==
In what area, other then sexuality, does our society assume that outside influenced don’t shape kids?
“People will say, you know, he’s just gonna be a bully when he gets older. Well, you know what? If Zander is a bully, so be it. Anything I do is not going to change Zander.”
“People will say, you know, he’s just gonna be a cheating spouse when he gets older. Well, you know what? If Zander is a cheating spouse, so be it. Anything I do is not going to change Zander.”
“People will say, you know, he’s just gonna be obese when he gets older. Well, you know what? If Zander is obese, so be it. Anything I do is not going to change Zander.”
This whole business is perverted, another form of child abuse.
Was there a Father in the boy’s life??
These “parents” need therapy very badly.
It looks like some plus-sized mothers who never got to live the dream. Now, Lil’ Johnnie is going to grow up to work in a packing plant for Baskin Robbins.
my son is almost three....running around in his incredible hulk underwear, because he just won’t wear clothes, and shooting things with a massive gun his dad brought home for him. This is what happens when you let your son be a boy. Every boy I know chooses this path.....guns and superheroes. My girls are the girliest girls on the face of the planet, so not my style either. But that’s really letting them be themselves, not forcing them to fill some supposed void in the parents’ life.
Yes, and the children certainly will also later on in life.
BORDERS on child abuse? It’s deep into the child abuse territory. Screwing with the kids’ minds so that there’s every chance these kids will be seriously screwed up adults.
