I had two opinions in the past two days. I saw a missile in the sky over California. Is saw an Islamic crescent in the Google logo. You didn't see it? Fine.
But the invective, the insults, the bitterness this launched has shocked me to the core. What in the heck is going on here?
It is the bottom of the ‘e’. Google in the UK has the same letters without the flag. Shows very plainly.

Yeah, I’m definitely recognizing quite a few names on this thread. They all seem to think this is a non-issue. How unsurprising.
I think they have someone at google whose job it is to figure out how to freak us all out on holidays.

No matter how heinous the environment, it is always possible to have faith in Christ and to think through faith in Him.
If the most picayune bevy of Muslim fanatics were in my presence, waving a crescent flag in one hand and a rusty tree saw in the other, I could still look at the Google image without assuming it were a an occultic omen. Through faith in Christ, I could still communicate to them what all this good news about Jesus Christ stuff was all about, not attempting to change their thinking, but to let them come to their own conclusions between themselves and God.
Besides, from looking at other false gods glorified by the Google logo, I don’t presume they are acting through faith in Christ in their marketing schema.
This is turning out better than I imagined.
