Election Week has arrived, and with it we hope ~~real hope ~~ the beginning of a return to sanity.
So many races to follow after many days of effort.
I think that with very few exceptions we can be proud of our side and the campaigns waged on principle and ideas, and many small contributions from many different sources. It's been amazing!

Nothing like realizing at 10 o’clock at night that you’ve scheduled a dental appointment for 9 AM the next morning at the same time you’ve committed to do presentations at the park meeting. Sigh....
I’d ask a friend of mine to do the presentations, except she’s out of town and there isn’t anybody else who would be up for it. So, I guess I start calling the dentists office at 8 AM, maybe they can get somebody else to come in early.

I had an appointment yesterday for a hearing aid adjustment. I woke up to reaffirm the time. The appointment card read 10:00am. I was 30 minutes late. Why? I read the previous week's appointment card.

Well, one out of two is better than what we usually get out of Illinois! I believe there were also state house pick ups weren’t there. (as you can see, I have yet to hit the treadmill LOL)
Ya’ know what I think about the bombs intercepted over the weekend? Remember Spain a few years back? They had a terrorist attack just days before their election and then a tape from the terrorists came out which basically said, “If you elect the conservative and not the lib appeaser, you will get more of this.” Then the plebicist voted liberal.
If those bombs had detonated, I bet you dollars to doughnuts that such a tape would have surfaced. As it is, the bombs were intercepted, defused and now we’re never know if my hunch is correct.
Clearly, that terror attack which failed (over the weekend) was an attempt to sway our elections.
I also think it would have had the reverse effect. It would have galvanized our electorate and we would have voted for more conservatives than we did. Our patriots don’t cave. We get mad.
Switching subjects: Caligula says he was willing to compromise in the past. What???!!!! I remember him arrogantly telling the pubbies, “I won,” even if he doesn’t remember it.
Some how one of the activities didn’t get put on my computer calendar, that’s why I didn’t realize it until late.

No, I’m on page 140, I had to lay it aside. I get so angry and disgusted with the arrogance, bullying, inconsiderate actions of this muslim/communist creature, I want so badly to see him evicted from our whitehouse, NOW. The social security mess is the democrats best weapon during an election. This is their ticket to DC every election. The Republicans should be quiet about it, during a campaign. Hammer the Cap and Trade, the Healthscare bill, government’s take over of gm, banks etc. LEAVE SOCIAL SECURITY ALONE! Republican candidates, read the healthcare bill and use that against the democrats! Hillary will run in 2012, I’ll bet my suv on it. She’ll bring up social security for bait..watch. She’s no different than the muslin in the whitehouse..she’s alinsky through and through..she is an American, has a bc to prove it, but she’s also red all the way through.
