Good evening!
Election Week has arrived, and with it we hope ~~real hope ~~ the beginning of a return to sanity.
So many races to follow after many days of effort.
I think that with very few exceptions we can be proud of our side and the campaigns waged on principle and ideas, and many small contributions from many different sources. It's been amazing!
Yesterday, on FR, I read something about Reid’s election committee contacting Harrah’s and telling them to get their workers out to vote. That they would send transportation to take them to the polls. Further into the ‘story’ they said that there was more email between the committee and Harrah’s in which Harrah’s was told that their supervisors weren’t paying attention and were not sending out the workers.
I don’t know how true it was, but later there was another piece that make a very long story out of it, and said that Sharon Angle was filing suit against Reid for Voter Fraud.
Nothing today, so I guess it was all a pipe dream.
Well those crazy kids over on the Board in that Left Coast “Sanctuary City” by the Bay are at it again. No more toys for tots.
Well, that ban will come later. First they gotta take on and win against Mickey D's. The free toys in the Happy Meals are to be no more in less than one month from today.
Gee, I wonder if the voting age were lowered to 6 if these Ronald McDonald wannabes would ever get elected again. Heck, why even bother with a voting age at all? Bring your kids down to the San Francisco polling stations. Lets have everybody vote and not just Illegals from Mexico.

The notion of a “sanctuary city” is patently outrageous anyhow. Come to our town, we'll let you work and receive free services. We'll send the Bill to the folks in Idaho and North Dakota etc.
Oh yeah, San Francisco city councilors really knows how to run things. Just say no to immigration laws. Just say no to the Second Amendment. Just say no to Happy Meals. Whats next, Christmas? Oh, already been there...? Never mind.
Just say yes to medical marijuana. That would be the stuff with carcinogens and THC, and little seeds that will soon be available at Drive Thru “Farmacies” all over the greater Bay area because the neighborhood representatives know so much more about the properties of adrenergic chemicals, the sympathetic, and parasympathetic nervous systems than those other techy things that the Federal Drug Administration does.
You know, the FDA that spends years and years and lots of taxpayer Dollars keeping medicine safe and illicit drugs and plants...illicit..
Well that ain't how they do it in Europe people say. The drug laws over there are much more liberal.
I rest my case there.
I don't really care what they are smoking over there. My ancestors (and those of yours as well) fled those screwed up dumps in Europe (and elsewhere) a long time ago. Well, not so long if you are somebody in need of a “sanctuary city” where the City Councilors are all evidently on something not quite sanctioned by the FDA!
Way to Go San Francisco. Trying to put McDonalds down while implicently encouraging people to eat Sushi all day. You know raw uncooked fish that can knock out your Immune System in a matter of moments and in some cases making you wish for a really simple case of Tetanus or Rabies. Want sources? Take a simple Microbiology Course.
San Francisco where they are slow enough to win the “October Classic” in November. San Francisco where the immigration laws don't count, where they have more bicycle laws than bicycles, where the votes of illegal immigrants do count.
Meanwhile across the bay, MoonBeam gets ready to assume the position after 50 years at Height Ashbury where LSD might not have been invented, but certainly was the laboratory for nuttiness.
Great display of courage there to get this done the day after Election Day.
Stealing free toys from little hungry girls and boys.
Talk about Hamburglars.
I think that being that here in my state, Colorado, miserably losing the governor, senator, and my 7th district 'representative' to SUCH DESPICABLE Hussein-worshiping sewer rats, I just couldn't stand it and I was extremely discouraged this morning. It does look much, much better nationally than I originally feared.
And for the first time in about 138 years, more or less, the republicans are in control of the State of Alabama. When I went to bed last night it seemed as if Big Jim Folsom’s son, Jim Jr. would be elected Lt. Gov. PTL, the republican Kay Ivey pulled it out. Yay!
Don’t worry about occassional pessimism. I am pessimistic at times, too.
Where did my tagline go? Well, it is back.
I am EXTREMELY discouraged about Colorado. Yes, we won the state house back. I'm afraid to look to see if my guy won to unseat the HORRIFIC SEWER liberal su riden. I met him and gave him money.
I ran into moderate financial difficulties, somewhat due to the Deathcare MONSTROSITY and only got to send money to the Honorable Michelle Bachmann of Michigan, who wrote me nice thank you's, but she won by a large margin! I love you, Michelle!
Wow on Wisconsin! You all got rid of Feingold. Great evening last night.
Yep. I just about barfed last night when I heard the group Republicans for Reid celebrating. Why, he is going to keep their jobs intact. (Rolling my eyes here.) Almost 15% unemployment in Nevada and the highest foreclosure rate in the nation, and those ding dongs think Reid is going to be able to keep their jobs for them?
I guess the tarnished silver lining in the cloud is that now Chuckie Schumer won't be the Majority Leader in the senate.
I wish I could be more encouraging. We are in a war. A flat-out scorched-earth type of war. So you made some progress. Entrench! Entrench! You’ve won ground and now you need to hold it and keep at it. If anyone can, you can. You have more stick-to-it-iveness than a lot of us. So, go to sleep, try to relax and then begin laying the groundwork for the next campaign.
Don’t get me started on financial problems. Caligula ... can we get him to stay at the Taj forever?
Hi, Girlfriend! Off subject, but I have enjoyed reading your blog. I’ve been dealing with some personal problems so I haven’t read any the last couple of weeks, but I’ll get caught up again.
Congratulations on your victory!
can we get him to stay at the Taj forever? For $200,000,000 per day, for 10 days = $2 billion, I think we could send the @%#&%$# to Pluto.
America!!!!!!!!!!!! Do you know what this monster is costing you????????????
!@%!#$^!# PEOPLE WAKE UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hi there! I haven’t updated since the first part of October. I do plan on putting a new background theme on though and posting tonight.
I’m working, stitching, and sleeping. I lead such an exciting life. LOL.
remainder of post, once again, voluntarily redacted for the umpteenth time.
Did you hear Michelle Bachmann’s reply to Chris Matthews yesterday? Snicker. He was really berating her, she kept her cool, and said something like “how’s the tingle in your leg now Chris?” LOL. I heard MSNBC embarrassed themselves with their coverage last night.
....Dinner will be chicken.
Yes. It is utterly mind blowing that they would spend $2 billion dollars for a 10 day trip. And he sees absolutely nothing wrong with it. He is an out-of-touch elitist. I don’t think most Republicans, especially the newly-elected ones will be reaching across the aisle to play nice.
We in Utah are planning on how to get rid of Orrin Hatch in 2012. We did it with Bob Bennett, Hatch’s time is coming.
Hi U.G.! Yes, I did!!!! It was absolutely hilarious!!!
You go, U.G.! Hatch is ready to ready to retire, and you can help him go out to pasture.
Patty Murray is up about 25,000 votes on Dino Rossi. Go Rossi. I think there is going to be a recount there.
Looks like Write In is going to win in Alaska. Wonder if she will caucus with the Dems? IG, have you heard anything about that?
