Libyan find suggests earlier ancestors came from Asia

PARIS (AFP) – Ancient fossilized teeth of small anthropoid monkeys discovered in Libya suggest our earliest ancestors may have migrated from Asia to Africa, research published Wednesday showed.

The origin of anthropoids -- primates including monkeys, apes and humans -- has long been a source of hot debate among palaeontologists.

Experts have long argued anthropoids first appeared in Africa -- but recent studies suggest an earlier Asian origin, dating 55 million years ago.

Now new fossils, dating 38 to 39 million years ago and discovered in Dur At-Talah in central Libya, further complicate the debate.

They reveal the existence of three types of African anthropoids -- the oldest discovered on the continent to date, according to the study published in the British journal Nature.

Based on previous discoveries in Egypt and Algeria, "we are aware until now of only one form of anthropoid primate, dating back 37 million years ago for the oldest," said one of the study's authors, Jean-Jacques Jaeger, of Poitiers University in France.

"Here we have gone further, to 39 or 38 million years, and we have three (types) ... and among the three, there is an Asiatic form," he told AFP.

"This therefore signals the direction of migration from Asia toward Africa," Jaeger added.

I always thought the African Queen scenario was PC baloney.....

It makes a joke of any alleged possible evolution of a deeply tanned ethnic group given millions of years and rap “music”, crack and AIDS is the result -

I am using the Ultimate TV wireless keyboard - larger and easier to type on - has a lighter touch too - but no F1-F7 shortcut Favorite keys - no internet audio is working as yet - and a cable remote and a special remote to swap video instantly - but Cable into WebTV for PIP is not rigged up yet

The 2nd (smaller) RCA TV is fried

I hope my sound cards are OK in the RCA WebTV internet receiver - I have circuit and overload protectors on everything here

Another TV - HDTV - with another stereo (digital) amp on the shopping list now

You go through more TVs! I have 7 in 7 rooms and recently sold a couple of older smaller ones when I got larger ones.
Maybe you have power surges there or something.
Guess you’re still needing batteries.

The RCA that went out usually has a little bit of power - I turned my surge protector on and off - and the old RCA had a jolt to the tube and the audio amplifier -

It is best to manually turn them off - or unplug them - before doing that -

I am noticing power levels somewhat down in this area from between 9am and 1pm -

The feds and some power companies are attempting to get users to agree to lower voltage during daytime peak hours - and go back to standard voltage at night - and promise them a slightly lower electric rate bill -

Can you imagine if suddenly most cars were plugging in and using electricity to charge their electric or hybrid vehicles -

Suddenly 70% of that additional power requirement would need to need the 70% of coal generated electricity -

Brownouts, Blackouts, and 0pansy intends to ban coal

- And now Governor Ed Reddell has banned deep shale sources of natural gas in Pennslyvania -

I smell demands for huge NG taxes -

I’ve read about cities thinking of decreasing power levels during certain hours. Don’t think they’ve taken thought through all the effects that could have on businesses and industries, although I have no doubt they would find a way to pick and choose. Hospitals!!

I tore it up

I have beem getting mucho pluso SPAM phone calls from “alternate” electric suppliers promising me BS savings since 0pansy “...under my plan electric bills will necessarily SKYROCKET!” Hussein Junior took office

And even door-to-door “ACORN” types - demanding my current electric bill - !!!!! - Yeah - that is going to happen! - to review and show me how to get a lower rate provider -

By then they have seen my big Colt .44-40 hogleg hanging closeby on the wall and their eyes are starting to twitch.....

It’s the 0bama, ACORN, SEIU bunch

It’s really all over the USA

They are desperate - lost the women’s vote, losing youth, families under $50K a year, union members (see the Frank Luntz union focus group on Hannity on FOX News Channel today - just on FNC)

0pansy sees it all slip-sliding away and voter fraud will be rampant

Nouve Baraq Pansies, SEIU, Tides Fonudation, MoveOn.com, K0S, 0bama 4 Amerika, Soros Open Society, Democrat Socialists of Amerika, CPUSA, League of Women Voters, radical blogs

Barrie Hussein 0pansy Junior has had convicted George Soros to the White House 5 times

I think they’re more rampant in your area. I feel neglected, don’t even get a chance to tell them to ‘shove off’, lol.
