This has to be the most BIZARRE political photo of the year. So what is your caption for this picture?

The cop is giving Biden one of those classic Archie Bunker sneers. In fact, he looks a lot like Carroll O’Conner.

The picture reminds me of a married woman we know who likes to sit on couches/benches with guys other than her husband.

Her hands are on the guy’s thighs whenever she sits down until she gets up.

When confronted by her husband and an upset wife, the hands on gal commented, “I just need support to sit down and stand up!”

She had “No comment about her hands on actions between sitting up and standing up.”

Still trying to track down the source for this photo and its authenticity. If this photo proves to be the unphotoshopped real deal, then it will be one of the GREATEST political photos ever!

Still investigating the authenticity of this photo. If it turns out to be the real deal, here is a way to make some big bucks on eBay:

Print out the photo then the next time Joe Biden is in your area, ask him to autograph it. Then sell the pic and autograph on eBay. Even more money if he writes a comment.
