This makes a lot of sense. Quite a lot of sense.
I take the sub-lingual B12 and find that it real revs up my energy level when I’m feeling tired. I can usually tell a difference in just 2-3 days.
Misleading title or what?
The title makes you think B-12 is a cause.
Just put a pill under your tongue. That way the good stuff is absorbed directly into the blood stream. This bypasses your guts which may well have given up the ghost on absorbing B-12 from the food you eat.
Wait, what were we talking about again?
Indonesian recipe is far better:
Get pot of mung beans
Cover with water just over the beans
Boil the pot of mung beans for one hour until skin breaks
Put into blender on high with a little brown sugar for taste
Put into frig.
Put some into thermos and drink at work at 3 pm to clean out the lactic acid in the blood.
This recipe is hundreds of years old [but they ground by hand then.]
It`s a B12 kicker!
My mother died in 2007, she had Alzheimer’s and they had her on B12 shots for quite a while, not that it did any good at that time but it might before onset.
I’ll just repeat here what others have said and say I believe the B vitamins seem to help with my mood, energy, and it also seems to help me think a little more clearly. I don’t like pills so I buy a powder that you add into a glass of water called Emergen-C. You can get that at Walmart. I’ll look at the sublingual B12 though when it gets time for a refill. Thanks to all for the information.
Not sure how much it helps. My numbers are low, but they have remained consistent since I started the regimen.
My 87 Year Old Father gets two B-12 shots every month. He goes dancing four times a week, so I guess it works for him.
