If you have listened to the American hip hop duo called Insane Clown Posse, and paid attention to their lyrics, you would think that the two band members Joseph Bruch, and Joseph Utsler were God hating, devil worshipping thugs. For 20+ years, thats what most of their fans even believed.
The group even has a dedicated following who call themselves the Juggalos and Juggalettes. There have been various instances where Juggalos and Juggalettes have committed horrendous crimes such as murder, assault, arson, and kidnapping. They are considered to be a gang in several states, even though studies have not shown any evidence linking the Insane Clown Posse music with the crimes committed.
After 21 years of singing songs with lyrics that talk about drugs, and crime among other things, the band has come out and admitted that they are Evangelical Christians and have been all along. The idea apparently is to bait their fans into listening to their music and then tell them that God is the way to go.
Insane Clown Posse recently released a new song entitled Thy Unveiling which includes some lyrics that support this.
All secrets will now be told No more hidden messages Truth is we follow GOD!!! Weve always been behind him The carnival is GOD And may all juggalos find him Were not sorry if we tricked you. There you have it. Unfortunately a lot of their fans (Juggalos) are feeling betrayed. One anonymous fan said, After 20 years? Please. I followed this ban for over 20 years, and now they come out and tell us they were tricking us all along? Im done with their music. Other fans supported the idea and believe they did it for the good of humanity.
Band member Violent J (Joseph Bruce) said, You have to speak their language. You have to interest them, gain their trust, talk to them and show youre one of them. Youre a person from the street and you speak of your experiences. Then at the end you can tell them: God has helped me.
Love them or hate them, now you know Insane Clown Posse follows the word of God.
Alright, a lot of weird stuff on here tonight, but I think this one tops the list...
Who?
No-one of importance.
Yeah sure.....
Keeping up a deception for 20 years isn’t very Christian.
I thought it was satire at first, but it seems to check out. I still have a hard time believing it. But if you search for the lyrics of the song, it is what they reported. Maybe they are pulling a Joaquin Phoenix, but they’d risk alienating fans.
And even Satan will claim to be Jesus.
Doesn't make it so,
But it does make dough.
No, not Who; Insane Clown Posse...but Who was certainly not exactly sane for their time, either.
I agree just claiming it doesn’t make it so, but I don’t see how these guys will make money from this claim.

"Yeahhh..."
From conning naive young Christians into buying their recordings? Bigger market.
LOL!
Now I know where Clown Posse came from. ;o)
Charles Manson really had me fooled ...it turns out he was a Methodist all along
Rotflmao!!
Your ping posts just kill me! Lmao!
Glad you liked. Hmmm, I wonder what their Freepernames are...?
Post of the thread.
Unreal....
