The dog was just being a dog. This guy has an anger management issue.

A lab that runs from it’s owner tells me more about the owner than the dog.

The dog was just being a dog. Since they didn’t say the political party affiliation of the owner, it’s safe to assume he isn’t a Republican.

At first glance, I can’t say I blame the guy. My first instinct would be to kill anything that comes between me and my steak, but in this case, there’s a problem....
He shouldn’t have allowed the dog to get at the steak, and if he would have fixed some steak for the dog too, it wouldn’t have been a problem in the first place!

My dog is well worth a steak, and she did grab one once along with a few burgers off the grill from time to time. I learned to not to put anything near the edge of my grill, but I always cook something for my pooch.
This person is a complete waste of oxygen.

I had a Golden that sneaked into the house and ate a whole platter of food that my wife had caterers deliver to our house for a special event. Once I stopped laughing at the look on my wife's face, all I did was "bad dog" old Duke, he gave me the sheepish eyes and kind of creeped out the door.
Dogs, especially labs and Goldens, will eat anything they see that even looks like food, to punish them for that very doggie behavior is simply evil.

When my husband and I were dating, my sister’s little
poodle grabbedd his last piece of pizza out of his hand.
I thought it was pretty funny, poor dog, he kept waiting
to be offered a piece, figured he was done being polite.

Don't flame me for this, please.
Once on Prairie Home Companion (yes - that lib Garrison Keillor) there was an episode ‘It's been a quiet week in Lake Wobegon’ about ‘Bruno The Fishing Dog.’
In the end, Bruno (a black lab) grabbed a salmon off of a table.
It was(is) a priceless story.
The dog was just doing what it was programmed to do (both Bruno and this poor dog).
