Random thoughts:
Zay sings: Rain, rain, go away, somes so non sun nutter day. Tiny Memaa wants la lay.
Layla doesn’t like sharing me with zay so she thinks if she sits on my should and covers my face with her entire 9 inch body, he won’t see me......not so much.
Buddy tried to keep Layla in line. Paw slaps her when ever she runs too fast in the house, then steals her snacks.
Quikc!! Take cover, bar the doors, shutter the windows and disable the doorbell....”IT” is coming in a few weeks....ruuuuuuuuuuun awaaaaaaaaaaaaaay.....

Great post, till! Congress does in fact have the power to repeal each and every one of this repulsive organism's 'laws'. But the current congress is the congress that wrote and passed all his bills into law. Without a veto-proof majority, or enough CRAT to vote with us even if we get the majority back in November though, he will block any attempt to overthrow his undeserved grasp on power. I've been wondering ever since the campaign of 2008 and I was preaching the dangers of a radical liberal in the Executive Branch and a liberal super majority in the House or Senate, elected by fools that don't know what they are doing, if the founders might have overlooked something that has slipped through and greatly endangered the life of the Republic.
Congress is powerless to remove his tzars. There are only 4 ways we will get him and all of his tzars removed from office office and their terrible grasp of power. Impeachment (fat chance), the 25th Amendment (yeah, right), his resignation (what dictator or king ever resigned as long as he was in control?), or the election of 2012 (our only hope). Congress can only work with impeachment.
I'll get to get some more reading about this wretched creature today on my commute. Hope you got caught up with me last night.

LOL Usually my random thoughts are not directed to anyone in particular
So here are the players
Mema = Me
Zay = my Grandson
Layla = My Grandimal (My son’s dog)
Buddy - My Grandimal (My son’s Cat)

Two things: What in the world is the Vice President of the US doing an intro for a TV show?
Second: Tony Curtis has died. I think I’ll watch Operation Petticoat this weekend.

Good morning!
lysie, how'd it go yesterday??
Bit, thank you for answering my query about Goldberg's piece. It sure didn't go in the direction I thought it would..still forming some thoughts in my head, but yes, cynicism is the mode of the day...Why isn't the Left more careful about over-promising big government's benefits as the resulting letdowns so undermine their Utopian goals? The Left firmly believes we're stupid and won't notice...is that it?

You're talking about the cynicism of the ruling classes, I see, re-reading it...
I was thinking more of the cynicism created in the public...remember, in Reagan's day, faith in government went up as Reagan sought for the most part to return government to a less intrusive role in our lives.

Good morning.
If I ever complained to Greg after he drove all those miles to and from Albany, I apologize. That is a long drive and to work 8 hours after the drive...I don't know how he did it for all those years.
As I expected, yesterday proved to me that Greg is highly respected for the job he has done. The director of the Geo-tech department gave a wonderful speech. In it he stated that Greg went well beyond his job title and that Greg will be missed.
People came from all around the state for the luncheon expressing to me that he is a great guy.
The food was good. We had Chicken Parmesan..delicious!!
I think he will be semi-retired as his name was submitted to private companies as a consultant/inspector.
Oh,btw NYS scenery is beautiful! Too bad it is filled with a bunch of left wing loons.
