Survivor: Nicaragua is the 21st season of Survivor. It will moving to Wednesday nights this season. In fact, it begins tonight, September 15, 2010, 8/7c.
The theme this season will be Young vs Old. The players will include a former NFL coach (Jimmy Johnson) and an amputee triathlete champion (Kelly Bruno).

Survivor host Jeff Probst, has also announced that the Hidden Immunity Idol will continue to be used in the game. However, as idols have been found too easily the past two seasons (most often by Russell Hantz), or as the show's producers have dubbed it, "The Russell Factor", the idol will be hidden differently. The clues to the idols' locations will be visual rather than written as in past seasons. In addition, the tribes will be vying for control of a new item, the Medallion of Power, that, when used, gives an advantage in a challenge, but is then transferred to the other tribe.

Oh, (snicker, snicker) to have seen Marty’s face when he found out this supposed poor backward country hick is none other than a who’s who of the sheltie world who has taken home two ribbons from the Westminster Dog Show.

Jane, the daughter of a doctor, is owner of Shadow Hill Kennel and Farm, a 134 acre sheltie breeding and show training facility. It also provides a summer camp for kids and their dogs and you can sign up for a camp yourself. Here’s the website with pictures of a young Jane (mid 70s?)showing dogs. Lots of cute puppy pics, too.

Looks like Jane gets a little put out this week and “puts out” the fire.
Chase stabs Fabio in the back on the reward..and Fabio calls him out on it. Love his mother’s advice..get your head in the game...we can spend time later.
Jane finding out she was getting voted out was awesome...and she goes down swinging... was THIS the tribal council where Jane told what Sash did and Jeff shut down the cameras???

Must be since Fabio and Dan both booted out Jane. Why the heck Dan and Fabio didn't vote out Holly was just stupid. At least then it would have been a 50/50 purple rock draw. They probably wimped out thinking they could get back in with the "cool" kids. Fabio will have to pull a Season 1 Kelly and win straight ICs. He's the only one worthy of a win, the rest can take a flying leap... with Dan sitting there silently looking on.
I can't stand Sash. All smiles and kissing up when all the time he's a slimey liar. Sure, lies are to be expected in this game but I think that's him and not game play. I wanted to reach inside the tv when he was batting his eyes at Holly and Jane. Sorry scum.
Holly and Chase should be taken behind the barn for their behavior. What did I miss about about Holly stealing Dan's shoes or what should she have been behind bars for?
Wish they had admitted to the viewers what all happened that caused Jeff to turn off the cameras. I won't say what rule was broken or what it was all about since some would probably not want to know but unless it came down to one's word against another's there should have been someone walking the path of shame on Burnett's orders rather than having the vote.
This house cheered when Jane doused the fire, lol. Woohoo, good for her! She started it so she had every right to put it out. She also provided the food that was cooked on it so I hope they starve for the next few days. I still like her the best this season. Hope she comes back for an All Stars. Oh, to be a fly on the wall at the Ponderosa tonight!
I’m not so sure on the vote by Fabio and Dan.
Look at the way everyone has voted since the merge. The name is decided and everyone votes for it - other than the clueless and a minor alliance wiggle here and there.

Yes, far too much was edited out last night. Jane probably told everyone's secrets and that's why Fabio and Dan voted her. Of course, that could have potentially cost them the game. TC is not the time to let emotions rule your vote. They knew their heads were on the chopping block next week so they should have voted Holly. Fabio's only chance is to win the remaining immunities because the first time he doesn't, he's outta there. Dan's only chance is to continue to be dragged to the finals as the obvious loser. Neither strategy has good odds and last night Fabio's odds were worse than Dan's.
Woohoo, for the 5th time, Jane won the $10k Player of the Week this week. I've never voted, but do the contestants also get 10k?
I've read the boot order but do we know if it's a final 2 or 3? I've never liked the 3. What's the proceedure if one contestant got all the votes leaving a question as who would take the larger prize money for 2nd as opposed to the lower amount for 3rd?
Blah, need more coffee. I didn’t ask my question correctly. Do the weekly contestant winners get any monetary winnings from their week or is it just the one time Fan Favorite $100k?
