and to bring God’s forces on the scene in unexpected ways. I expect a great chunk of that will be His Angel Armies . . .

Setting it up for SCOTUS and a R controlled Congress? Why would the judge say all that stuff about impeachment and Congress?
I would like to see a transcript of the hearing for the official rationale.
Of course, any military order given under his administration includes the order convening LTC Lakin's Court Martial. And an unlawfully convened Court Martial has what jurisdiction? Anyone? Bueller? That's right, NONE. So, if the theory LTC has bet his career on is correct, he is SOL, as the Court Martial he wants to have order discovery, has no power to do so.
There is a reason why folks seldom go to Doctors for litigation advice. The same reason they even more seldom go to lawyers have their appendix removed.
He doesn’t have an injury due to Obama’s eligibility, but due to his refusal to deploy. That does NOT create ‘standing’ to challenge Obama’s eligibility.
Since Obama is the presumed President, showing he is ineligible today would not change the legality of the orders given to Lakin, and thus Obama’s eligibility is not relevant to the case.
That has been pointed out many times over the last 4-5 months, but birthers don’t want it to be true so they keep ignoring it - just as they screamed a few months ago that the military judge would have no choice but to allow Lakin access to Obama’s birth certificate.
Don’t lose hope.
If the lamestream media is reporting that 40 percent of Americans don’t believe that The One was born in the USA.... well, then, OBVIOUSLY the real figure is closer to 85 percent, and the other 15 percent probably don’t care about politics and never vote.

Even libs & Dems - though not on camera, of course, but in real life, plenty will say that he’s OBVIOUSLY hiding his birth certificate & college loan records because HE KNOWS THAT HE IS INELIGIBLE FOR THE PRESIDENCY.

The Obama NBC issue is getting the run around between the two branches of government. Senator David Vitter says Obama's eligibility issue should be a matter for the courts, and the courts say this is a matter for Congress. It's all a big circle je...!

I'll concede Red Steel is 1/2 correct. LTC won't lose on grounds of standing.
Of course, LTC Lakin isn't the Plaintiff/Complainant in his own Court Martial. He is the Defendant. So "standing" won't be an issue. The issue he will lose his quixotic quest for discovery on is relevance. He is charged with missing a movement, said movement being ordered by his direct superior. That is what his Court Martial will be about. LTC Lakin will get discovery about matters related to his refusal to obey an order, but not about whether BO is President.
