That’s how it’s done, boys and girls...

Remember, we’re only a heart attack/retirement away from losing our right to keep and bear arms. One more radical, Constitution ignoring leftist on the court and the game will be up. Actual Americans had better buy weapons and plenty of ammo NOW. We’ll need both sooner or later.

I know if I were Bill Gates I’d have a warehouse full of guns and ten full of ammo for them.

Kachalsky’s denial was because he could not “demonstrate a need for self protection distinguishable from that of the general public.”

And that could pretty much be the gist of the argument.

"Your Honor, no one need demonstrate a need for self protection distinguishable from that of the general public. The general public has a powerful ally in the 2nd amendment, which tells us they have a right which cannot be infringed. Please toss this 'good cause' requirement in the trash, where it belongs."

Yep, CA has it also, but some of the Northeastern counties ,and until recently Orange county, ignore that part of the requirement.

If I were Bill Gates, “shall not be infringed” would be respected; GCA, NFA, and 922(o) would be history.
