(((Hugs))) Back atcha, Girlfriend!
|
Managed to get a system restore point finally, but it's still not that great.
Have many errands to run which I can't neglect any longer.
Amy, I got your email and yes! to the graphics & YouTube. :) Back sometime later!
Beautiful Billie
I am sorry to hear this.. computers are such a joy or such a pain(like men & cars)
I thought you were using a mac primarily.. or both?
I have an iMac that I use 95% of time (spoiled). I just went through 2 sessions of reformatting due to a corrupt OS. The first time a couple key programs were NOT there & so the process had to be repeated
Still want a good photo program. Just using iPhoto now which is quite limited.
All it takes is money...
Good luck dear
you have some of the most clever posts!!!
Having “lived” with a poor dial-up connection over the weekend
while out of town, I feel your pain. It wasn’t my computer
as such, but the slowness had me pulling my hair. LOL!
Hope you get all of the system errors straightened out soon.
You are missed!
Billie, that is absolutely gorgeous.
I am having computer problems also, started yesterday and I was on the wall today. Hope I can get it straightened out soon and I sure hope you do. You’ve had so much trouble for a while...wishing you the best.
I am just on for a moment...lucky I could get on! (((Hugs)))

Hi, Dolly! Good to see you here! I am doing well, as is my

to be home.

~Hugs~
Yes...and I hope everyone is “well” soon! LOL! (((hugs)))
If youve ever tried to fix something and failed, youll appreciate the sign I saw outside an automotive repair shop: We Will Fix What Your Husband Fixed. Whether the problem is the car, the plumbing, or an appliance, its usually better off in the hands of someone who is skilled and trustworthy.
So it is with the sin and the struggles within us that resist our efforts to mend them.
Jeremiah denounced the greedy prophets and priests of his day who healed the hurt of [Gods] people slightly, saying Peace, peace! when there is no peace (Jer. 6:14). They could neither change themselves nor lead the people to spiritual transformation. So the Lord called the people to follow His way: Stand in the ways and see, and ask for the old paths, where the good way is, and walk in it; then you will find rest for your souls (v.16).
Centuries later, Jesus, the Son of God, said: Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest (Matt. 11:28).
The parts of our lives that we have tried and failed to repair can be restored by the hand of God. Through faith in Christ, we can be made whole.
We do not see well, nearly blind to the truth, we do not hear well, having closed hears intentionally, we are victims of our condition, and fail to recognize it, we all we are isolated in many ways, we simply do not SEE our condition clearly. ...
All of which is to indicate ... we are to rely solely on the LORD. He is our salvation, our King, Our refuge, our fortress, our high tower. Without Him we are nothing.
God gave us His Word, He left instructions on how to live for good and not for evil, yet many, if not all accept what is against the Word of God. Forgive us Father, have mercy on Your children, Your are a lamp to our feet and a Light to our Path. Thank You, Father, for loving us, in Jesus name amen.
“21 Not everyone who says to Me, Lord, Lord, shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven.
22 Many will say to Me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and in thy name done many wonderful works?
23. Then I will profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.”
...
” Be wise ... found your house upon a rock.” verse 25
Why do we not do what the LORD says to do?
Have mercy on us Lord, forgive us our offenses, in Jesus name, amen.
