BOULDER, Colo. (AP) -- Researchers say they've found a 10,000-year-old hunting weapon that had been preserved in melting ice near Yellowstone National Park. The spear-like wooden dart was found in 2007, but the University of Colorado didn't announce it until Tuesday.

This is one of the many sulfuric sinkholes in Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming. Hundreds of small earthquakes there in recent weeks have been a reminder that underneath the park's famous geysers lurks one of the world's biggest volcanoes. The park is 40,000 years overdue for a major eruption.

CU lost a law suit on Conceal carry and fought it even though it was against state law. They have a law school there, you would have thought they knew better. Something with academic merit like a prehistoric weapon they sit on for years. It seems they are not doing much relating to academics.

Lee says increased global temperatures are causing glaciers and ice fields to melt, releasing artifacts as well as plant material and animal carcasses. ? Must mean that global temps were as warm 10k years ago as they are today. I thought the earth's temps were always constant? Green idiots.

Kerry? Say, you’re right...and judging from their exotic native dress, those little people with him must be Cambodians.
It’s the long lost proof to his tale about his Christmas ride into Cambodia.
Shame on you, SwiftBoaters!
