Four cups of coffee a day may keep certain cancers away.
A new study involving a Utah researcher found caffeinated coffee may protect drinkers from cancers of the oral cavity and pharynx.
Regular coffee drinkers defined as four cups or more a day reduce their risk of the cancers by 39 percent, according to a study published Tuesday by the American Association for Cancer Research.
Huntsman Cancer Institute investigator Mia Hashibe was involved in the effort to pool results from nine studies, collected by the International Head and Neck Cancer Epidemiology consortium, which led to the findings.
According to a news release by the American Association for Cancer Research, other recent research has linked coffee with lower cancer risks:
Those who drank five or more cups of coffee a day had a reduced risk of brain tumors known as gliomas.
Men who drank six cups or more a day had a 60 percent lower risk of aggressive prostate cancer than men who didnt drink any coffee.

Will they have to report that hug to the bishop? One of them was the bishop's wife. And I do believe she is starved for attention. She confided in Mrs. Binger that she is really sick of the whole business. Doubt we could ever get to her though as her eyes glaze over when she hears our point of view.
So many of them really know the truth, but this five generations of Mormonism is in many ways more of a social thing and they really do not know what they believe. They just parrot the proper words. Especially here in Orderville.

Nephews are breaking all the rules using Dutch Ovens to make bone in succulent pork short ribs. I will try to do something with trout. Salted trout? The Cod might be hard to catch up in Panguitch lake. CC knows where all the lunkers live up there.

To all my fine ex-Mormon friends. Daffynition has devised a way to catch up on the serious lack of Coffee while you were in the fold.
Warning: this could cause lack of sleep and late night jitters. However if you add a drip of vodka in your other arm it will level it all out.

Muslim Vodka? Yum, haven’t tried that one. Southern Utah liquor stores leave something to be desired.
