Anybody else find all of those Progressive Insurance commercials annoying?
Anyway, the owner of Progressive Insurance is a big lib.

(CNSNews.com) - A conservative advocacy group is urging its supporters to cancel their policies with Progressive Insurance, after Peter Lewis, the company's chairman, reportedly gave $8.5 million to the American Civil Liberties Union. The multi-million dollar donation will help the ACLU advance its liberal agenda, including its "war on Christmas," the American Family Association warned. In an email message, AFA Founder and Chairman Don Wildmon urged his supporters to "sign a letter to Chairman Lewis, letting him know" that his donation to the ACLU is prompting conservatives to cancel their insurance policies. The AFA recently announced that it was ending its boycott of Target stores, after the retailer promised to use the word "Christmas" in its advertising and in-store promotions.

She definitely looks better without the overdone makeup.
Ooh, you can settle a long-standing argument -- did she or did she not have a *baby bump*, they were hiding it behind the counter, her clipboard, etc., a year or so ago?
I love me some Flo!!! I think she is HOT!!
They’re a pain and so’s she. But I better STFU because someone here blasted me the other day for not fawning all over Amelie Earhart.
You never know how people get attached to personalities in the MSM
An acting colleague said he has worked with her. I am just depressed that I didn’t know about that audition.
Lewis and Soros are partners in lots of Marxist projects like funding MoveOn.org and the Huffington Post.
General rule:
The cuter the car-insurance ads, the worse the policy. Providers of good insurance policies expect that their customers will be reasonable, intelligent consumers. Scams and hacks expect that their customers will obey the suggestions of talking lizards.
The only TV ads that I MUST mute: Hilshire Farms when they call cadence and then scream, “Go meat!” Ugh.
Most TV ads are annoying, the “Most Interesting Guy in the World” is an exception.
>>>> did she or did she not have a *baby bump*
>> I’ll have my daughter ask and post back.
You’re wondering if Flo was late? That’s inappropriate. Period.
You were saying ?
Same with me. I tried to switch but could not get anyone to come close to matching their rates. & I have not had a ticket of claim in 10 years.
Pun intended?
I pretended not to hear and Mom was out of the room. I left the room to chuckle - he's too young to be talking like that, but he has an older brother...
In the end, consumers may not like Flo (she isn't real anyway)...but they sure as h$ll have heard about Progressive and its products.
The brilliance of Flo and the Geico lizard is they generate HUGE name recognition and that converts to big sales volume, and that permits them to cut their rates. And they do.
And then Flo and the Geico lizard tell you about those lower rates...and generate even more volume.
BTW, when I first saw the ads I hated Flo. But after a while, because the ads so beautifully walk that fine line between being almost too unattractive and not quite so (all by design), she began to grow on me.
I still find her obnoxious but appreciate the fact that Progressive's ad firm pushed the envelope (and Progressive had the guts to go along).
“Flo” was hired to sell insurance. Like her or not, she got all of our attention, didn’t she. But the whole story line is getting old.
