It just occurred to me - this photo was allegedly taken over a month ago and just released yesterday? I wonder why? Why did they also feel the need to point it out in the caption?

Rahm is also the one that said “never let a good crisis go to waste”. He is either 1) Forgot about the audience and was about to jump up and do his happy dance, or 2) Can’t wait to pickup the phone to get his plan in motion for a) pushing through Cap & Trade; b)shutting down the oil rigs; c)and takeover of BP. (Not necessarily in that order).
