THESE are the first shocking pictures of smoking toddler Ardi Rizal - who throws tantrums if he can't puff 40 cigs a day. The Sun told on Saturday how the two-year-old got hooked after dad Mohammed gave him a fag at 18 months.

The question is will the NHS give him a new set of lungs for his 10th birthday? He’ll still be young enough to be a productive citizen, and rationing is mainly to help kill off the geezers because their careers are over.
And, finally, does he get the cigarettes free courtesy of welfare and food stamps, or does his family actually pay for them?
