Obama is not a Native US Citizen
Bouvier's Law Dictionary ^ | 1928 | William Edward Saldwin

Posted on 05/14/2010 3:21:18 PM PDT by bushpilot1

Meandering through my 1928 Edition of Bouvier's Law Dictionary on page 833, Native, Native Citizen is defined:

Those born in a country, of parents who are citizens.

If Obama does not meet the standards of a native citizen how can he be a natural born citizen.

Exactly.

There's a WORLD of difference between simply having an opposing view of Conservatism, versus FReepers like parsifal and others who have purposefully been going out of their way to cause disruption on Free Republic as of late.

In a pivotal and HIGHLY-important Congressional election year in which some Republicans have pushed hard to start a third-party and weaken the Conservative voting block, even long-time pseudo-Conservative FReepers are "blowing their cover" in an attempt to cause fissures between the REAL Conservatives that drive the Tea Party movement & do the footwork.

Sorry Parsi ... your cat is out of the bag.

And Obama: Free the Long Form!

Torches and pitchforks are not appropriate for removing someone whom you "merely" have policy disagreements with. That's what elections are for. So by all means vote against him, and get as many others to do as you possibly can. But, removing a usurper, declared to be so by the Supreme Court, that's another matter entirely.

You can't impeach a usurper, and you don't need to. Maybe a "sense of Congress" resolution? But impeachment is for Presidents who have gone astray, not someone never eligible in the first place, and thus fraudulently occupying the office of President.

A person born on or after November 14, 1986, is a U.S. citizen if all of the following are true:[7]

Those are the rules for a child born abroad. Such a person is a citizen, but a naturalized one. This is because the person is a citizen by statute, and Congress, which passed the statutes, only has power over naturalization.

Prior to '86 the residency rules for the citizen parent were 10 years total, 5 of which needed to be ater their 14th birthday. If BHO was not born in the US he's not a citizen at all, because his mother had not lived in the US for 5 years after her 14th birthday.

The Indiana Court's opinion is just silly. The silly court based their deluded decision on who can be president on the process and procedure spelled out in then election day Clause 4.

"Based upon the language of Art. II, Section 1, Clause 4"

And they totally IGNORED clause 5 - the heart of the issue. Indiana Court of Appeals played games to make the issue go away. These clowns were not serious at all. The heart of the matter below they refused to address:

Clause 5.

Clause 5: Qualifications for office

No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.

"I tell you what. I’ll save Jim the trouble of zotting me. I had hoped to make a dozen years, but what the heck. As long as you idiotic Birfers are loose to make this place look like some kind of Art Bell Halfway House, I don’t want my name, uh er uh, screen name, associated with it.

Jim should have spanked Birfer Butt a long time ago and made you idiots behave. You have been terrorizing the threads too long and calling anybody who disagrees with you trolls and whatever. Should have been stopped a long time ago.

Delusional Parsy...you got spanked as the troll before because you are one.

So, I tell you what. Jim Rob made you, and Jim Rob can have you. He can give you a bottle at 3:00 am when you wake up crying with a poopy diaper!

Until then, I ZOTTTTT! myself. The door ain’t hitting me in the ass on the way out. . ."

Are you sure? You zotted yourself before. You have fun posting with those other zots at Loonyville Politijunk - they love you there.

Know what Parsifal, if you wanted to make it to 12 years then you shouldn’t come to FR to fight for Barry and to fight with other FReepers on a subject that you think is ridiculous. Why come to threads for the sole purpose of fighting? You think the birth certificate issue is ridiculous, fine, then post elsewhere. The fact that you don’t makes it appear that you are defending Barry the Marxist Islamic Kenyan.
You’re becoming an obsessed after birther and you just can’t stay away. I’m sure they will welcome you back with open arms over at PJ, where you will be agreed with and idolized.

That’s ONE SENTENCE. Pretty hard to get wrong. It’s LAW. Its PUBLISHED.

It's the law in Indiana, nowhere else.

But unfortunately he is not alone. We have ex. "military" defectors, and armchair keyboard pretending attorneys who constantly jumps in like Arizona/Miami cock-fighters to protect their dear leader under the shield of pretending being Conservatives, claiming our Constitutional questions are crazy and bad for Conservatives. Give me a break!!!

Why do the want to keep an illegal alien and usurper in office at any cost if they were/are real Conservatives???

Not only did that brilliant state court in Indiana misquote the actual Constitutional clause regarding the NBC requirement, the also relied on WKA for something that WKA didn't even recognize.

Regarding this: "the guidance provided by Wong Kim Ark", the state court of Indiana had stated this in the previous paragraph:

The Court held that Mr. Wong Kim Ark was a citizen [Edit: "citizen", but NOT a "natural born citizen"] of the United States “at the time of his birth.” 14
What does footnote 14 say?
We note the fact that the Court in Wong Kim Ark did not actually pronounce the plaintiff a “natural born Citizen” using the Constitution‟s Article II language is immaterial.
So, this brilliant "defining" decision by the state court in Indiana stated the wrong Constitutional clause from where the actual requirement comes from AND they say they base their decision on WKA which found that a child born in country to non citizen parents was NOT a NBC...and they admit it...yet they someone find Barry NBC?
