This soldier in Iraq had an HP printer which quit working. He contacted HP tech support for help to fix it. HP told the soldier that he would have to pay them for the advice. Watch this 60 second video for his response to them.
HP has no customer support. Even their web site sucks. I do my best never to buy an HP product anymore.
Apparently some people haven’t watched “Office Space.” Not a great movie, but I give it a thumbs up just for their handling of HP printers.
He just invalidated the warranty!

Before I simply happened to not chose their products, BUT NOW I WILL REALLLLY RELISH IT...!

I had great support, we couldn’t fix it over the phone... UPS delivered a replacement the very next morning with a pre-paid UPS sticker to send the old one back.

Michael, we don’t have a lot of time on this earth! We weren’t meant to spend it this way. Human beings were not meant to sit in little cubicles staring at computer screens all day, filling out useless forms and listening to eight different bosses drone on about about mission statements.
I doubt that they care - my employer has hundreds of HP printers. We keep complaining about the service, but it hasn’t improved and we keep buying their equipment - they keep coming in with lower bids.

I agree. I got very tired with HP when two laptops died in two years. They lasted until about a week after the warranty ended.
I’m using an Acer now.
