HP has no customer support. Even their web site sucks. I do my best never to buy an HP product anymore.
He just invalidated the warranty!
You cannot beat the eloquence of the American fighting soldier. Oooo ra.
Before I simply happened to not chose their products, BUT NOW I WILL REALLLLY RELISH IT...!
And I’ll encourage others to think likewise.

Link doesn’t work.
I doubt that they care - my employer has hundreds of HP printers. We keep complaining about the service, but it hasn’t improved and we keep buying their equipment - they keep coming in with lower bids.

Hope that wasn’t government property or its a Report of Survey for sure.
Nice but some explosives would have been a better choice.
Lexmark inkjets are junk, too.
A few years ago I bought one for home use. I don’t print much, but do print occasionally.
After 20 sheets, the printer quit feeding and the printer head locked up. Of course, this was just after it went past its 90 day warranty.

After that, I spent a bit more and bought a Minolta laser. That was about 2005. It is still working like a charm and I am still on the first toner cartridge.
HP sucks at laptops too. They sold me a defective computer a few years ago that repeatedly overheated until it died. They quickly replaced it with the same model and it died exactly the same way. Screw HP.
No offense but I need the complete story. If it isn’t still under warranty why should HP change there policy? I have never had an issue with their support. I simply do not buy their printers anymore because they are junk, and considering the locale and fine sand issues he is going to find it hard to find any printer that works reliably over there.I was deployed and injured over there and certainly had no notion that any product of mine outside of warranty would receive free support because I was deployed.
The nice thing about this video is that HP printers are not all that expensive. HP could give away the printers and still make money selling the inks. So, by not fixing the printer, they lost an expensive ink buying customer.
