When the writer of this article says "losing out on congressional seats", he does not mean a reduction in the current House of Reps, he means the House may not GAIN as many racially based Representatives as thought.

sent mine in from FL but maybe the article means mostly blacks and hispanics never sent theirs in meaning those minority areas will get less money and it will be harder to redraw lines

In our neighborhood, only two out of 35 homes in the subdivision received the census mailing. The census says they are sending people out. But if the homes were not on the mailing list, how do the counters know to show up?

Could it be that people are leaving those states in droves because of high taxes? Seems to me, just a casual observer, that there has been pretty significant migration to the South and the Midwest from those states in recent years.

Ummmm... I don't know... but that definitely doesn't sound like good news for Texas. I don't know about the other states.

That's not such a good idea for conservatives to be against sending in the Census stuff, when they end up hampering their own voting power ... by doing so... if that's what is happening.

A very good question is why he doesn't seem at all worried about the 2012 election and a bit scary. You wonder what he thinks he has up his wicked sleeves. A major crisis just before the elections so that Martial Law is called? An outright coup d'etat? Has he subversively taken over many of the vote counting facilities? I don't think just the poor and probably manipulated census is by any means the whole answer.

I pray that The LORD has mercy and intervenes for us at every level because if He doesn't we are in trouble. The devil himself cannot succeed in the face of The LORD.
