Agreed, it wasn’t for the young and he probably lost a portion on his fanbase. I doubt too many parents will be buying tickets for their kiddies to see his concerts. Grandmas...now that’s another story....I saw a youtube video of an 89 year old grandma who says she’s his biggest fan and has seen him in concert ;)
I’m wondering about the songbook too...maybe it will be ‘musicals’/theatre/stage? In any event, lol, can’t see Big Mike doing RHPS...though Adam would be great at it...that, or the lead in something like Tommy.

Mike Lynche deserved a save. Why Tim Suburban is still in the running I don’t know. I have a feeling he’s getting the Sanjaya vote but Tim Suburban still sucks and how he got this far is a mystery. He has no business being in this. In the opening song, they only gave Timmy one small lyric.

It’s clear to me that Kara is shilling her discoveries and we have to endure their horrible songs. Paula didn’t do that stuff. If Kara’s discoveries were good, I’d be all for it but they stink. It’s not helping. Next week is Adam Lambert week. Whether he’s liked or disliked, AL can sing! This is the most exciting theme yet imo. His CD is great music to drive to.

Adam L’s whole CD is great. There’s some electronica stuff on there that’s fun. He had some great songwriters for his cd. I’ve been a fan since day 1. This year I can’t find anyone to root for so I hope Mike Lynche does better cuz he’s local.

David Archuleta lost to David Cook but it wasn’t last year. Last year, Adam Lambert lost to Chris Allen. If you already knew that, never mind. Did Kelly Clarkson go into hiding? I bought her CD and Adam Lambert’s, and Clay Aiken’s (but his voice is irritating after awhile).
Big Mike went to a performance high school where Angela Bassett went. Their conductor has conducted me off and on. Where’s the love? lol
