Just got through to my representative’s office in Tucson, and the aide there informed me that Gabby Giffords will be voting yes for healthcare. She couldn’t cite the reason, though I tried to draw her out, but said it could be found on her website. I informed this worker ( or comrade) that I had donated to her GOP opponent Jonathan Payton and would actively work against her reelection.

I told her that this is suppose to be a representative government, and the people in her district were overwhelming 2 to 1 against Obamacare. according to The Arizona Daily Star the US Chamber of Commerce poll in our district has 60% oppose and 32% in support.

Apparently she doesn’t want to serve the people who elected her to serve ( which I didn’t) and out she will go-—back to selling tires.

I am so angry, but not surprised. You should have seen the balderdash and obfuscating in her letter responding to my email last week.

Here’s her number: 520 881-3588, tell her aides that she’s a disgrace!

I also called the other Tucsonian representative's office, the progressive Raul Grijalva, and they said he was still thinking about it. I think Big Sis Janet stopping work on the virtual fence at our border is not a coincidence. Raul must be very happy, and will let it show. (Heaven forbid!)

Ann Kirkpatrick (D) according to her office is also still a swing vote.

Gifford and Kirkpatrick are just a couple of ditzy, Obama rubber stamps. Thinking messes up their hair so they don't engage in that activity.

Kirkpatrick has already said she's voting for CommieCare. She's doing it for "the churldren".

Today Rush sai that Pelosi had called a closed door meeting with just the women Reps.

He said he didn’t know what it was about (or wouldn’t say) but we all knew.

They were all throwing shoes and food at a couple of holdouts until they gave in.

Well, not really. But I figured that there were just a couple of holdouts who were going to come in for pressure from all the socialists.

Kirkpatrick voted yes last time and had all sorts of gushy stuff about the bill on her website.

I find it very hard to believe that she’s “undecided.”

She was a hold out, and a mangy blue dog democrat.

Yesterday there was a protest at noon, tons of people drove by her office honking their horns. A real disruption to the neighborhood.

She has been quoted as saying she was not going to be intimidated by the “right wing.”

I knew she would vote yes, as she did when the bill was first up. She would say during her townhall meetings, she was considering both sides of the healthcare bill, then proceed to list all the reason it made sense to her.

High Hewitt has mentioned her a couple times as being on the fence. I don’t think she ever was. The Tea Party movement is very strong here in the Old Pueblo, and she is a complete sellout.

I called this one’s office yesterday when she was still “undecided.”

Seems like Nancy’s 10:00AM meeting with the “women” worked out well for her.

What an utter disgrace.

The National Republican Congressional Committee has published a target list on health care. In addition to continuing to contact the five Tennessee Democrat Congressmen, you can go http://www.votervoice.net/link/clickthrough/ext/94697.aspx to contact some of these targets. Much of the talk following Obama’s announcement has focused on how to defeat this second bill through reconciliation, but that is misleading because the first step to defeating Obamacare is not by concentrating on defeating the “fixer” bill but by defeating the Senate bill in the House when it goes to the floor for an up-or-down vote on Thursday, March 18th.

At the first number below you must wait through a tape recording urging you to tell your Rep or Senator to vote “yes” for the health care bill. Just hang on and when the recording is over, you will get the Capitol operator. Just ask for your Rep or Senator’s office. Then you will either talk to an aid or have the chance to leave a message for him/her to vote NO on the health care bill.

When you use the second number and the Capitol operator comes on, just ask for your Rep or Senator’s office. Every time I use this number I get the Rep or Senator’s answer machine, so it may be set up that way all the time...to go to their answer machine. Either way you can leave a message to vote NO on the health care bill!

We need to use these toll free numbers that have been set up for the health care/ BO supporters and illegals to use! After all they are FREE!

She has 1.6 million in her war chest. We need to make her work for it this time.

I went to a GOP debate last month, and there were four contenders for her seat. All good, some better. The darling of our tea party was Jesse Kelly, but in my opinion, not strong enough to win against the democrat machine. There was something mentioned about him still living at home, or working for the family business, which kind of got me crestfallen. Not as stirring as the others who were all vets, with families and very sharp, earnest, and ready to do some serious Gabby whipping.

All of them good conservative candidates, great constitutionalist, and so it can be said we have lots of good choices. I want someone who can really go for the jugular this time.
