In the last month, Dr. Anthony Scalzo, a professor of toxicology at Saint Louis University, has seen nearly 30 cases of teenagers experiencing these adverse effects after smoking the fake weed, a legal substance that reportedly offers a marijuana-like high.

They outlaw this but for a few bucks I can buy a couple of bottles of chilled MD 20/20 and get the same results, especially the vomiting part.

At the local gas station they keep it in the cooler next to the soda for $2.99 a bottle.

It’s a state by state thing. They recently made it illegal in Kansas. I don’t know if anyplace else has. But there are lots and lots of legal ways to get high - salvia, mescaline in various cacti, many types of seeds, and I could go on and on. Salvia is illegal in some states and countries but legal in many others. I see no point in making any of it illegal. It’s plants that grow wild in many places. If there are hopeless causes in the world this is one. You can’t make it go away by legislating it. All you can do is cause disrespect for the law.
