Today I was in federal court for several hours. Rivernider vs US Bank. I testified against Orly Taitz. Orly Taitz was present as well and also testified.

In court today I watched as Orly Taitz told lie after lie while under oath on the witness stand. She claimed that she has never in her life given anyone permission to sign her signature. (This hearing today was about Orly's claim that Charles Edward Lincoln III forged her signature on a filing in Rivernider vs US Bank). Attorney Phil Berg was present as counsel to Charles Lincoln.

Phil Berg went on to question Orly Taitz as to why then, if she had never given anyone permission to sign her signature, why then had she while in Israel contacted Charles Lincoln and told him to advise one of her dental staff in California to sign her (Orly's) name to payrol checks for the employees. Orly Taitz started to reply with one story that her signature is not used on payrol checks but then Phil Berg asked her who then is it that signs off on employee hours to verify them for the payrol. At this time Orly then started in with a new story that she took payroll checks with her to Isael and signed the payrol checks there in Israel and mailed them to her dental employees from back in the USA. ???????????????? I don't think anyone bought that story.

At this time Orly started complaining that she was being badgered and that she objects and a string of other legal terms that, depending on what she said, was either the role of witness, attorney and even the role of judge.

First off, Swahili is not a INDO-EUROPEAN language. Swahili NEVER, EVER, NEVER, EVER (I have to make it very clear for your small brain processor) NEVER EVER had a written language.

Most African languages never did have a written form. This is another area where Arfican norms and culture difer very much from those of Europeans.

Do you understand now? You can’t compare Swahili to Spanish and German. Swahili was never written before Arabs and Europeans taught Swahili speakers to spell out their words (phonetically, the way they sound) in Arabic and English.

As I have said from the outset, SWAHILI neve ever never ever never had a WRITTEN form of language until (first) Arabs taught Swahili speakers to write out Swahili in Arabic (alphabet) and then (second) Europeans taught Swahili speakers to spell out Swhaili in English (Indo-European alphabet).

I studied all of this in school. Swahili was a big part of our debate on African language and why most all African languages never had a writen form, they were ONLY SPOKEN languages.

It wasn’t until the Arabs and Europeans arrived that African languages were written out in other languages PHONETCIALLY - the way that they sound.

There are a few exceptions to the African rule of no written languages. One is of course Egypt.

Most universities teach that the language in Egypt was not phonetic (it’s just pictures). But when I (lucas) was in University the professor agrued that we don’t know for sure if the Egyptian language (it’s pictures) was actually void of phonetic sounds that might be made up by a group of pictures.

We had a long week debate about it.

In any case, it’s clear now that not you nor Great Kim / Mik Tearg are very familiar with much of African language. Your online copy and pastes are telltale signs of this.

I can talk for day on the subject.

1. Where were your videos recorded? No answer...therefore, I must conclude that It was recorded somewhere in the Caribbean, especially that those background dialogues don’t sound swahili at all!...those kids don’t look Kenyan at all. Those winding slum area is not characteristic of kenya at all.

2. Show proof that you went to Kenya, receipts, plane ticket, visa, entry/exit date stamped on your passport?...No answer. Therefore, I’ll conclude that you NEVER WENT TO KENYA!

3. Why did you purport that those 3 pictures where you were in were shot with a Kenyan slums for the background?....No answer. Therefore, that is yet another attempt at deception in your part!

How do you know his name is Helton ? Oh sure, he signed as Helton, so it’s Helton.

If Maganga’s name is Heltan your document is fake,
If Othigo was CA of Feb 19th your document is fake.
If Maganga is Helton and Othigo was CA on feb 19th your document is fake

If Othigo was CA on Feb 19 and her name is Merry Jennifer your document is fake

Your professor didn’t know much about hieroglyphics and their evolution from ideograms (what your professor calls pictures)to alphabet under Greco-Roman influence. The hieroglyphic characters found on the Rosetta Stone by Champollion are read as an alphabet. But what does your dumb show of erudition have to do with your fake certificate ?
