you certainly meant to say Swahili is WRITTEN in LATIN ALPHABET. Or are we learning that German, Spanish and Italian are also written in English ? How can a language be written in another language ?

First off, Swahili is not a INDO-EUROPEAN language. Swahili NEVER, EVER, NEVER, EVER (I have to make it very clear for your small brain processor) NEVER EVER had a written language.
Most African languages never did have a written form. This is another area where Arfican norms and culture difer very much from those of Europeans.
Do you understand now? You can’t compare Swahili to Spanish and German. Swahili was never written before Arabs and Europeans taught Swahili speakers to spell out their words (phonetically, the way they sound) in Arabic and English.
So......now do you understand??? Amazing isn’t it Kim. Astonishing isn’t it. I’m glad that I was able to teach you a few simple leasons here.
