Excuse me, but when did it become a Federal crime for buying a piece of ass? Maybe a state/local problem but the Feds have better things to do.

If they do this, the race card will be played big time. Tiger will become black in the eyes of the race hustlers.

Tiger has a charitable foundation which is tax deductible. If he’s using foundation money to pay for hookers, the Feds will come calling.

When you write if off as a federal tax deduction. I bet the pro (not the golf pro) will get an audit, too.

If you buy a piece of ass across state lines it becomes federal. That’s one of the major power grabs Hoover got when building the FBI, any crime that crosses state line becomes automatically their jurisdiction.

Tax evasion--buying ass with tax exempt dollars.

It's not the sex that's the problem. It's the people who either don't pay the gift tax, or don't claim the income that becomes problematic.

Plus, if you're taking funds out of a organization that enjoys tax-exempt status, and you're using those funds for your own personal benefit or entertainment, that too is a problem. The Feds are right and obligated to investigate both allegations. If they're going to make me pay my full tax liability, they damn sure better be making Tiger Woods - and his whores - pay theirs.

I think the issue here is hauling ass around the world.

The circumstances could be a violation, or multiple violations, of the Federal Mann Act (18 U.S.C. § 2421–2424), just for starters.

And you’re excused.

When you write it off as a "business expense" and commit TAX FRAUD, that's when. You can rob, rape, and pillage and pretty much get away with it but don't ever try to screw the tax man (unless you work for the Obama Administration, then you get to be Treasury Sec.)
