I have seen tofu being processed.

Tofu will never get near my lips!

I give thanks that I am a carnivore (and can handle what that entails better than the slimy tofu prep.)

It has three separate pans to cook. You choose the time for each. It will start to cook the longest time first. It’s big but easy to clean. Has a warmer on it and a water refill opening. Under the pans is a small cup to place spices on each of the pans. They steam along with the food. Comes with a rice/meat pan. About 20 minutes to cook all those vegetables. He may be a flame but his stuff cooks..lol

Well, I'm going to look into this steamer. I'm impressed.

Thanks, Dallas. And you too, Richard. Don't get too steamed up....;0)

Me, too!

Over the river and through the woods, I’m heading out to indulge in those goods. See ya later if I’m still awake.

Happy Thanksgiving.

Brined turkeys are EXCELLENT. I’ve been doing Melinda Lee’s Ultimate Brine recipe for 10 years now.

Superb. Read the whole thing; it’s FILLED with great turkey info. You cannot miss (next year!) if you follow her directions and tips.

Thanks for the link. I've got it bookmarked. We've gotta brine a turkey now, I'm hooked.
