I am off on another trip to nowhere, and won't have time or ability to search for a respected journalist who will stumble onto what I think is the biggest risk associated with this ridiculous decision to try KSM and friends as civilians.

Witness the clear fraud by electoral officials in the Iron Range in Minnesota...and the compliant Minnesota Supreme Court with the Colman-Franken race...and the brazen non-counting of Conservative votes in dozens of districts in the NY 23rd race...going so far as to report "Zero" such votes in a number of them...
Notice how this "president" has embraced the electoral frauds in Iran, and Venezuela, and is so far out of sync with supporting Constitutions...that it is pushing for the restoration of an duly-IMPEACHED Honduras ex-President Manuel Zelaya...
I guess it’s a matter of “doable vengeance”. I got the reference to what you’re speaking of, and we can’t do a thing about them. We cannot stop them or take our vengeance upon them. They (unfortunately) have laws that protect them.
However, KSM is a FOREIGN person, is an ENEMY COMBATANT, and he has violated laws on the books right now. If we CAN give him the death penalty, then we MUST.
