What's "Newsweek"?

Frowning takes 68 muscles.
Smiling takes 6.
Pulling this trigger takes 2.
I'm lazy.

I’m waiting for Al Gore’s prediction that the oceans are going to rise 20 feet and wipe out the coast.
By the way, is it true he just bought a $4 million dollar oceanfront condo? Unfortunately, the sucker he’s taking is the American people.

I noticed the total absence of “We must pass the stimulus NOW, otherwise unemployment may hit 8 percent.” Or “the “experts” who told us in 2008 that the recent cooling was just due to a La Nina, and global warming “would return with a vengeance” in 2009. Or the “devastating” hurricane seasons that were supposed to follow Katrina. Or any of the hysterical climate predictions of any kind.
But it’s Newsweek, which at this late point in its life is nothing but a bi-weekly contribution-in-kind to the Democratic National Committee.
But I loved the Dracula picture they used of Cheney. These people are completely insane.

How about last March when multiple eneMedia outlets claimed to see “Green Shoots” of economic recovery.
It’s now eight months later and I haven’t seen these “Green Shoots” they promised. I’d like them now, please.
