The comments from BO's speech were appropriate. At least the ones I heard.
Too bad I believe they were uttered for political effect only. His chance to show sincere respect for the dead was the day it happened.

I couldn’t watch because that idiot was there. People cheered at this event?I didn't watch either because I couldn't stand the thought of someone who clearly does not respect our troops being there and honestly, I can't stand the sound of his voice.
This is the first I have heard of there being any cheering at this ceremony. If that's true, that's just tacky and vile.

Heartbreaking, and so uneccesary. Prayers to those families.
Looks like someone advised Michelle to dress appropriately and ditch the big belt for this occasion. I’m not so sure that Barak and Michelle really understand the true scacrifices on every level of our service members.
