Even 5 years ago, I would have turned it in. but now... different story. It is most likely taxpayers money so I would like to give the first 10% to charity and then spread it around to every middle income taxpayer I know. Kinda like a refund!!

That’s an easy one. Although the temptation would be great (especially with the Obama regime in power), I would pick up the bag and call both the armored car company and the bank who owns the bag. Or better yet I would take it into the bank.
Believe it or not I don’t feel I am entitled to other people’s money.

My father worked for an armored car company for over 20 years but even if he hadn’t I would still make the calls.

I wouldn't trust anybody. I would take hold of it and call the local news channel...make them do the chasing down of the armored car company and make sure it was filmed as it was returned. When large sums of money, that is not yours, are involved, the more witnesses and irrefutable evidence the safer you are.
