I received a signed COLB this AM. It is in a PDF format. I cannot find how to paste it into the post ? I don't now if it's real, but appears to be from a law firm last night at approx. 11:30 PM.
Does anyone know if a PDF file can be posted ?
I agree with you. To me it is obvious that the same person signed those. Wouldn't you know the third signature is unreadable. Let's not forget that Madelyn mispelled her own signature!!
That Quacks me up. LOL
You are a good sport.
Even if it is genuine, it has to be verified by Hawaii, Kenya, Obama, or the courts do it through discovery.

The hut and nut job you should be concerned about occupies the White House.
It is possible that the original BC was prepared in 1961, perhaps with a reference in field 23 to an earlier statute.
But subsequently the note in field 23 was entered after the 1982 statute change to include the reference to the grandmother as the source of the report of birth to make the BC as amended with that information more consistent with that 1982 statute.
The BC on file in HI vital statistics is a work in progress and subject to repeated amendments which I believe are made on the face of the original document!
I don't see any misspelling of Madlyn’s signature.
‘86....but HRS 338-17.8 was passed in 1982. Both of us found that little discrepancy, ergo the Certificate is bogus.

A 1961 BC could have been modified in field 23 subsequent to 1982.
BP2 is NO troll!! CO
Yes, that’s possible but on a real document there’s a statement at the bottom of the page that warns ‘any alterations invalidate this document’.
Actually, the data in the document is pretty interesting. First, it says that it as signed by the grandma, Madelyn Dunham and second, it says that she was “reporting” the birth, which could be consistent with the baby being born elsewhere, but the birth certificate being “reported”.
That was mlo’s version of ‘get up on the porch’ ...
my thought exactly
On my Certificate of Naturalization it says Country of former origin and it mention that country, NOT USA!!!
I wish people would at least READ the document. It purports to a birth in Kenya, registered in Honolulu. Everything in the document is consistent with a Kenyan birth. Remember, both African BC documents are accurate in detail, though they could be fake. This one could also go down as fake, but accurate, or perhaps a forgery that is made at a later date.
This is an altered exhibit. Look at the pre-printed protion of field 17b ... that’s right, it is partially erased/blacked out, then the ‘spreckle’ pattern applied over it.
