Look at the formation of the "n" in the two signatures ... when the hand does not lift from the paper, the natural motion is distinctive and the "n" is duplicated in both signatures.

I agree with you. To me it is obvious that the same person signed those. Wouldn't you know the third signature is unreadable. Let's not forget that Madelyn mispelled her own signature!!

If people of the same era write a cursive “n” in the same way it is proof of nothing more than that they learned to make “n” the same way.

I don't see any misspelling of Madlyn’s signature.
