Our "leaders" are idiots. Sadly this may get more support than any meaningful steps to stimulate our economy or keep our nation secure.

Thank you for participating in our poll. Here are the results so far.
Yes 38% (We love kittens and puppies. Vote for us!)
No 58% (We hate kittens and puppies and want them to suffer)
Undecided 4% (We don't have a clue but this button is sooooo shiny and pretty)

Our three dogs think it’s a great idea. They are holding out for full dependent status, however.

Our little dog is not cheap to look after, but NO WAY do I want her as a Tax deduction. Our Dog, Our Money, Our Expense.

Save the kitties! They are our overlords. We serve them anyway. Might as well get a tax break for it, right?

Why stop there... get pets on the health entitlement and of course they should collect social security. ;-)

So, let me get this straight...I get more of a tax break taking good care of my pets than I do for my children?
To: rhombus
Oh yes... and of course pets should have the “right” to marry... anybody and anything they want. ;-)

I would take a tax credit; however, people need to see what the Congress critters are slipping into this bill. Of course, they can add to it if passed and that’s why I would have to say no.

Where is the bill for tax cuts for people who buy guns? Some rights are more equal than other rights. The right to affordable pet care is more important than the Second Amendment. Just ask PETA.

Flip the coin ...
Increase the taxes for those who will not or can not have pets. i.e. family allergies
Just reason number 6118 to fire everyone within the beltway.

We just spent twelve hundred dollars on one of our dogs surgery and NO WAY do I support a tax cut for pets.

Actually, if one really looks into PETA, they are anti-pet ownership.
