Its interesting the Rush should mention NZ because in my opinion, NZ is the model the RATS are using to promote socalism.

Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE NZ but I had some Kiwi’s explain NZ politics to me and they told me most don’t even vote anymore because they feel the powers that be will do what they want anyway.

I suggest y’all stay put and turn things around here.

The ONLY reason you’d be safe somewhere else is because you carry a US passport and, in the past at least, there was some gurantee that if you got into a jam, the US would come to your aid — up to the point of sending in the Marines to save your butt.

Do you really think the current crop of clowns in DC would give a damn about a few malcontent expats who didn’t have the guts to stay and clean up their own house?

Not likely.

I think that you may have to prepare for a swelling of the Paheha population if the merde hits the fan here in the US.

Im not going anywhere. To the victors will go the spoils. Anyone thinking of leaving when the going gets tough should look at the Palestinians and see how that will work out for them.

Not as easy to emigrate to some countries as it is to come here. Here you pay a coyote to take you across the border and you're in high cotton.

Other countries you pretty much have to marry someone there. Most require you to have a good job lined up or possess skills that match a list of needed professions.

As I recall, Switzerland is one of the hardest to emigrate to.

I used to work in Panama. Great country, if you can tolerate humidity that makes South Florida seem pleasant. '

I have connections in Brazil, but the high crime rate (and police/local government corruption) is a serious consideration. The political parties left and right are committed to a balanced budget and a growing, diversified economy, however.

I didn’t say I’d leave.

I just asked the question.

I could just as easily wimp out here on the forum and cower in fear.

Likewise I could grab my guns and nuts right now and tell everybody in government to fsck off because I have constitutional rights.

But whatever smoke gets blown up the arse right now won’t matter squat when the rubber actually hits the road and we are dealing with a true scenario. If we even get to that place.

Which is something that everybody on this forum wants to prevent.

Isn’t it sad? As home grown Americans - we are wondering where we can go to get away from the insanity! Before this year, I never thought about leaving this country. New Zealand is a beautiful spot - but isn’t it a Socialist government? It takes it an act of God for them to legally accept you. They have government run health care, high taxes as well. The population is very fit and active. What’s best for the community is the mantra.
A good friend from Texas moved there 4 years ago, so I am only telling you what he has told me. He likes it there - but he loves nature, so certainly he would. I have considered Canada...but I would hate every long winter and all the regulations.

Australia may be worth looking into? I’ve never met an Aussie I didn’t like.

LOL! The Chinese have been there and done that with communism and now they are finding the capitalism is a LOT more fun. We have been there and done that with Capitalism and now we want to try communism. Oh well.....

I am staying right here in the USSA, no way am I going to abandon family and friends just because the pressure is on. Limbaugh should know better than to talk surrender like that.

My kids are seriously thinking of moving their families to either New Zealand or Australia.
I have never even thought before of leaving.

Word of warning: Polish political culture is very “inbred” and as a society, they are fairly “tight knit (ie not an easy society to assimilate into). All the women are marriage minded, which can be both a good or a bad thing, dependent on your interests. Economically, they have improved, but are still way too socialist for my tastes.

I’d stay right here in the Republic of Texas.
And I'd join you.

The problem is, just like people who moved to Arizona to get away from pollution brought their house plants and screwed it up, people moving into Texas are bringing their liberal ways and messing us up. Heck, Austin is already a gonner, Dallas ain't far behind. San Antonio and Houston are nearly Latin barrios. It's only a matter of time before the demographics change the politics in Texas to the new California.

This comment shows just how much they love this country and are willing to stand and fight, not at all. So I hope Rush is just making funny.

Yes, I’d have to fight as well, just as our forefathers did!! Only 1/3 of the people were behind the.... 1/3!!! And they still won!!!
