Picture of cat-abusing puke here. People that start like this tormenting animals eventually move on to humans.

They ought to duct tape his privates and let him enjoy the home-made “Brazilian” when he tries to remove it.

Guy’s an idiot. Doesn’t apparently give two craps for other living things. These people are psychopaths and eventually start doing this kind of cruel stuff for their kicks on people.
Bet he’s been just an angel up to this point though. /sarc

I was thinking 100-mph duct tape all over his (hopefully very hairy) body, then invite a bunch of people for the taffy pull.
Just like a band-aid. One quick pull, right off!

What a senseless act. It would have been kinder to have just killed it outright, except for the fact someone found it and rescued it. She would have starved and died a slow painful death otherwise. Makes you want to duct tape that kid and leave him without food or water for about 2.5 days, see how he likes it.

I'm sure what I'd do. Which is why my wife is nervous over all the guns and ammo in the house.

He would have been in less trouble had he done it to a human.

ABC Action News reports that the man recently lost his father and brothers to murders I see the Roman Polanski Excuse is taking off already. Having murdered family members is apparently a valid excuse for committing violent abuse against others per the MSM.
Forget the psychological evaluations. This man is obviously a psycho and should be locked up for the safety of everyone.
