Yes, you are right especially the Honolulu Advertiser which did not include the birth hospital.
I was not born in a hospital. My long form b.c. is stamped "DELAY".
My birth was registered almost three months after my birth. The registration was signed by a vital records official and an "attendant" at my birth (M.D., midwife, other). My parents and "other" could have been lying. Who would know?
The point about the newspaper announcement is to argue that the lists of births directly from the hospitals -- with or without BHO -- are NOT medical records. Are all births medical treatments? Why don't the hospitals repeat this little bit of history to augment the Honolulu Advertiser announcement.

Usually they are EAGER to claim a presidential birthplace because it makes for tourist $$$. Especially now when everyone is scrambling for a dollar!

Included is list all addresses, schools, employment, passports,passports from foreign countries, countries visited, citizenship details, foreign business and government contacts, each and every relative, references, military service, draft registration, date and place of birth, other names used,m police record, mental health, financial, illegal drug use, associated, it use, etc etc etc. We deserve to know more about who is destroying America.

Heck, I’ll chip in for the display of his REAL birth certificate, glorious education records, etc. in honor of our 44th President at his official library, whatever. Doesn’t stuff like that get put in presidential libraries? In office 8 months and no one is celebrating him yet? Clinton had his library funded by his second term by his minions. Where’s the pride???? Let’s get on with it Obama supporters!

This report suggests some serious dishonesty by the MSM.
You could very well be right. The original vault certificate may show that there was no attending physician because Obama was not born in the hospital. Thus, the original birth certificate would raise more questions than it would answer.
It all points fingers to Obama. Sooner or later, he will have to release his original birth certificate.
