Per Article 2, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution, one must be a natural born American citizen to serve as President. Barack Obama is NOT eligible for the Presidency because he is not a natural born citizen. The law that applied during the time of Obama’s birth (in effect from December 24, 1952 to November 13, 1986) stated- “If only one parent was a U.S. citizen at the time of your birth, that parent must have resided in the United States for at least ten years, at least five of which had to be after the age of 16.” We know that Obama’s father was a Kenyan citizen (a British Colony) and his mother just 18 at Obama’s birth...” (thus, she would had to have been aged 21 in order for Obama to be eligible). John A. Bingham, primary framer, 14th Amendment, states- “Every human being born within the jurisdiction of the United States of parents not owing allegiance to any foreign sovereignty is, in the language of your Constitution itself, a natural born citizen.” Obama himself has stated that he is the son of a Kenyan- Kenya being a foreign sovereignty. Thus, Obama is not a natural born citizen even if he were actually born in Hawaii.
Aside from that, I believe Obama was born in Kenya.

Just show me the births for 4 Aug., 1961 from all hospitals in Honolulu. That will convince me if BHO's name is on one of the lists.

Rather than state vital records (which would have come from the hospitals) the source would be the hospital itself, to wit, Kauikeolani Children's Hospital, I believe is BHO's (latest). birth place.
Exactly, but you got the other part somewhat garbled. The law required the US Citizen parent to have resided in the US for ten years, five of which had to be after their 14th birthday. Thus she would have needed to be 19. But that only applies to births outside the US. So if he was born outside the US, he wasn't even a citizen, and unless naturalized later, would still not be one.
But his father definitely owned allegiance to a foreign sovereign at the time. That was Queen Elizabeth II of Great Britain, Kenya being a British Crown Colony at the time. By the time of the divorce of Stanley Ann and BHO Sr, it was an independent nation, but of course still a foreign sovereignty.
Those newspaper reports don’t prove Obama was born in Hawaii. His grandparents could have gotten his birth registered if Obama’s mother was in Kenya. There are many suspicious stories involving the timeline for Obama’s birth.
They also point out that Obama is the only modern president whose precise place of birth remains undetermined. Honolulu’s Kapiolani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital has been widely cited as his birthplace, but another Honolulu location has been mentioned as well.
The hospital has declined to address whether Obama was born there. Presidential birthplaces typically receive recognition and commemoration.
Obama would have also relinguished U.S. citizenship if adopted into Indonesia by his stepfather (Soetoro).

I agree in that there is no record of Obama’s mother being anywhere in the preceding months before his birth (except that his grandmother states that she was present when Obama was born in Kenya).

Parents can’t relinquish the US citizenship of a minor.
There was a conflicting report from UPI indicating that OBama was born at Queens Hospital in Hawaii. They also did not confirm it.
She will have egg on her face when Obama is removed from office.
