For that to be true, Alan Keyes would have to be an idiot. Not buying it.

The writing is so peculiar, and the use of capital letters is so EXCESSIVE, that I have to doubt the accuracy of your legal reasoning.

I don’t care what you think. I said if you disagree—I DON’T CARE. I am putting what I know out there and stating when I ‘suspect’ something.

I don't know about your central thesis, but the following information is useful and I thank you for it.
Place of birth, hospital, address at the time of birth, weight, etc.. ARE NOT considered significant privacy information per by the UIPA open records law in Hawaii and most states in America as far as I can tell.
These provisions in context of Fukinos TWO public statements and the current political climate MANDATE that disclosure of his VITAL RECORDS serves the Public. (§92F-12) (3) (15)
UIPA STATUTE Part II: To balance the individual privacy interest and the public interest, allowing access unless disclosure would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy.
Given this direction that the UIPA be interpreted to promote open government, any doubt regarding disclosure of a record should likely be resolved IN FAVOR OF ACCESS.

MissTickly, I want to encourage Hillary supporters to make common cause with conservatives who want to see BHO release his original BC and/or force Hawaii bureaucrats to be more cooperative. But I do question whether flaming Orly Taitz with a vanity on FR is wise.

And they ignored you. That's the problem. I am starting to wonder about Orly Taitz, though. Why she would post that Kenyan BC without fully vetting it was either amateurish or she is an agent provocateur.

This is giving Orly too much credit. She's much too stupid to be in on such a scam.
The explanation most consistent with the facts that we know about her, especially her gullibility, is that she really thinks the Kenyan BC is genuine.
To: MissTickly
Orly Taitz is not crafty enough to be working with Obama. She regularly misrepresents conversations with people by interpreting a negative response as a favorable response that has the potential to “blow this thing wide open.” She's delusional, nothing else.
As for her ignoring information that you sent her, that's not unusual. I've sent her information that clearly dispels the rumor that travel to Pakistan in 1981 was illegal. She still won't correct her court filings.
Just because she's ignoring you doesn't mean she's automatically on the other team. You sound more paranoid than you realize.

There was NO PRESS RELEASE. It was a direct statement made to Dan Nagaso of the Honolulu Advertiser.
An "electronic press release? You mean, like an email that nobosy else has seen except you?

I want you to read my formal request and the follow up statements I sent. Read them in the order I have listed them, which is backward in chronological order beginning with todays follow up. I think they read better that way. They have 10 days to respond... What is the date you expect a reply to your UIPA Information Request? Maybe you should post a link to that request on this thread.

I must admit that in the back of my head I wonder if Obama is letting this thing go on purpose. As long as the world is focused on his BC, then maybe they won’t look into Rezko, Patient Dumping, etc, etc.
But, judging from what I have seen from Orly, there is no way she is on the Obama team. She cannot be that good of an actor.
