I recently read a comment that we need to find ONE foreign born American (or Hawaiian resident) that has a Hawaiian COLB to establish a precedent for this state issuing COLB's for non-American born infants....assuming that the Usurper was not born on American soil. This seems like an EXCELLENT idea. Are there ANY people who fit this description out there ? Do you need a reward for your bravery to come forward ? PLEASE respond !
And what would it take for Dobbs to inquire to CNN that if Hawaiian paper records were discarded in 2001, what would the state use as evidence to issue a COLB in 2007 ???
Also, whatever became of U.S. District Judge David Carter from Santa Ana, CA, the ex-marine from the 7/13/09 post stating "FOR THE FIRST TIME, WE HAVE A JUDGE WHO'S LISTENING ! "
Did Orly have to re-file her case due to the fact that her assistant (Mary Ann McKiernan) alleged that she went to the Department of Justice, and served the papers to an unidentified “male Mail Clerk”, which the court found to be an unacceptable service ?
Even if this judge agrees to hear this case on its merits and, in a burst of conviction actually rules in her favor, wouldn't the Defendants be able to appeal a judicial decision (even if it involved the issuance of a subpoena) thereby, detaining this case indefinitely?
Lastly, since Rich Sanchez is a "know nothing" left wing extremist, we can expect his pitiful comments on these issues, but what would motivate Ann Coulter and Geraldo to roll over and play dead in light of the preponderance of evidence gathered against the Usurper ? This is egregiously disconcerting !
I will go my grave being a DIE-HARD birther, but unfortunately, except for Dobbs and Rush's occasional passing comments, we have NO media coverage with any sense of urgency except for internet based underground Conservative radio shows !
While this is not terribly encouraging, we need to "press on" !

A lot of this could be avoided in the future if we had requirements for minimal records before a person could run for President. Proof of citizenship, relevant academic and medical records. Didn’t O himself rise to power originally by taking down an opponent by getting divorce documents released or something?

What did I say earlier? There are two basic groups of those who oppose the Constitutional requirement that the POTUS be a natural-born citizen: those who don't really understand what a natural-born citizen is, and those who DO know, and hate it.
If someone wants a certified copy of their birth certificate from Hawaii, it’s printed from the image-original in the computer system. And that is stamped and embossed. If someone wanted a short form, that is printed from the “database entry” and it contains a limited amount of information on it and it’s not an “image” of the original. Thus there are two different kinds you can get. Both come from the digital system that they have.

Paper birth certificates or photostatic copies were NOT detroyed. They are still available, but it takes a court order for anyone to obtain it.

The facts are, however, that there are sworn affidavits that the Kenyan Granny says she was there when Barry was born in Kenya, and other members of the family have said the same, including Kenya's ambassador to the U.S.!!
Granny Madelyn was NEVER allowed to say one single word in public, whatsoever, she was kept silence during the whole election campaign. Hillary though carted out her mom and Chelsea!!!

The other night we met a mature gentlemen at the beach, who wanted to show his dog to our granddaughters, he was kind of persistent in hanging around!
When PINO in the W.H. came up, this guy said that Barry is the President and we need to support him, because he was elected by the American People!!
When challenged he still maintained we need to support because the American people had voted so!!
When we then told him about the Constitution's requirements he still persisted, but then, and to our relief, he suddenly buzzed off because he had to walk his poor dog. This is probably how 52% of uninformed American people are looking at this Constitutional crisis. The America Idol, etc. is more important to them!!!

The biggest part of this shell game is that Obama and his operatives have convinced most of America that we have the burden of proving O is unqualified. While they at the same time have “sealed” and in one instance forged the very record that would be used for such purpose.
It is exactly the opposite, O has always had the burden of proving he is qualified. He acknowledged that burden when he signed or arranged for his agent(s) to sign each state’s primary election certification that he was qualified/eligible for the office of the president. Such execution was made, of course, under penalty of perjury.
Later, during the January 8, 2009 Joint Session called solely for the purpose of assuring America that the election was conducted properly, Obama had the burden of satisfying any request by Congress to demonstrate his citizenship (see 20th Amendment, “…if the President elect shall have failed to qualify…” as well as 3 USC 15).
Every liberal I have argued with has conceded that Obama was obligated to produce, or to authorize the production by Hawaii, of a verifiably authentic BC if Congress had required such prior to accepting the work of the Electoral College.
Should Congress have requested that document?
Without qeustion, particularly in the face of the substantial pre-election concern and outrage transmitted to Congress over the fact that there was absolutely nothing in the public record that demonstrated O was a U.S. citizen.
He may be qualified, but there is no reason to believe so and Congress had a duty to the nation to act on the issue.
Which is why I have previously stated that every single Republican in Congress was seduced into going limp and sitting on their hands during the Session.

I basically agree with each of your main points.
To my knowledge, Obama has never acknowledged that COLB as legitimate.
