On TV Tonight 7pm ET FACEOFF: Is Obama eligible for presidency? New questions are being raised about President Obama’s eligibility to be president. The latest comes from U.S. Army Reserve Major Stefan Cook. He refused deployment to Afghanistan. Cook claimed his orders were illegal, because President Obama wasn’t born in the United States…. making him ineligible to be president and Commander-in-chief.

Is Lou really interested in this issue or is he setting the stage for Obama to unveil the long-form BC now that the forged document has been perfected and is ready for public examination?

When all this started last December 08 I believe. There was talk that the WH knew, Bush knew questions were asked at white house press briefings and dropped. Just about the time that Obuma not sworn president yet had access to WH secrets, briefs, etc. Then it all went away.

Play it forward.

Today, there’s talk of investigations of Bush/Cheney secret hit squads, etc. Now, the issue about Obuma’s eligibility is being taken up by media.

Do you think there may be a link or just a coincidence?

Seems alot of the early citations have said that “natural born” is quite a step above Jus Sanguinis (citizenship because your birth mother is a citizen) or Jus Soli (citizenship because you were born on American soil).

“natural born” means parents are married, both parents are citizens, and there is NO dual citizenship or elements of conflict.

AFAIK, Obama does not pass these criteria.

The bar is set VERY high for POTUS, and rightly so.

He said that the Army said any soldier
who volunteered for the duty is able to
rescind that before the call up date,
and the order would be revoked.

Also stated that the Army said they got
word that the Major was playing politics
with the issue and revoked the duty call.

Never said the Major was fired from his
job, but said that his birth cert. was
posted, and that the WH calls the issue
ludicrous.
