For those keeping up (or trying to) with the eBay auction of the purported Obama birth certificate from Kenya I have communicated with the seller via ebay

Hi, thanks for your note. The Barack Obama Birth Certificate auction is up again, for a 4th time. The auction number is 160345151420. You'll probably have to search for it by the auction number as of right now. The auction is still new and might not show up in a listing name seach just yet. However, the listing is titled: Profoundly interesting document found in Kenya / Africa

I just put this on my watch list on ebay.
how about offering the seller $50,000 for the document. the conditions being that he has to deliver it in person, along with any authentication trail he has, at a tv station during a live broadcast.
if the document turns out to be real, he gets the cash.
if it’s fake, he would be arrested for fraud.
that ought to clear this up.

It’s not the document 4 sale.It’s the original posting that got thrown off ebay.
If Ebay tosses this screenshot document we will know they are being pressured. This will be interesting.
I asked the seller a question.Told him I needed 3 tin foil hats.2 for o and his wife and one for me.LOL!
If it's the real deal, the media or whoever else just needs to go to the appropriate Kenyan government office and get their own copy. The absolute max value would be approximately the air fare to Mombasa. But probably much less, since you could just call or email around and mail a check for the standard fee, once the appropriate office is found.
On the other hand, if it's not real, then it's worth a chuckle or two on FR and nothing more.

Whatever the winning bidder can do, why can't the seller also do?
Instead of selling the original, why not sell copies of it so that more people can witness the document? Wouldn't that be more powerful?
